Wayback Burgers — Restaurant in Pooler

I love wayback foods but the problem I have them the workers can't keep the order straight and missing food items. Like today I order two double bacon burgers meal one all the way and the other ketchup and mustard only, two kids grilled cheese sandwiches meals, four hotdogs three with ketchup and mustard and one with grill onions , chili, and cheese hotdog. Missing all four hotdogs. Meal was a total of $62 for that price I want all of what I order. This is not the first time this happened its fourth time this happened that's why I knew to check the bag before I left. Its nothing but teenagers working there but, that's fine they are going to make mistakes they are young the problem I have is the manger is never there to guide these workers to make sure things are running smoothly. I enjoyed their food but I hate to see wayback burger go out of business because lack of the manger for riding the clock and for that person absence of running a food chain. Will give it five stars when management does...

Would give no stars if possible, like everyone else said their customer service is trash ! The teenagers that work there just stand around on their phones or huddled up showing each other stuff on their phone, they don’t really care to be there and it shows, if they mess up something they act like you are the problem, a whole staff with attitudes for no reason, I guess the manager/owner doesn’t really care as long as money is coming in. But their staff really makes this place terrible. I went yesterday and ordered a burger and their was no bacon on it like I paid for, I asked for bacon and they gave me 2 small end pieces of bacon, the young African American kid thought it was funny, I just left before I had to tell them about their selves and it wouldn’t have been nice at all. I’d eat which wich and the pita place 100x over before I support Wayback burgers again at this location ! Get it together! Burgers are decent but nobody wants to deal with nasty attitudes and...

My daughter and I stopped in to get lunch today. She ordered a hotdog without mustard, and when she took one bite, she realize that mustard was on it. She spoke to the cashier and was informed “the cooks accidentally put mustard on it and tried to scrape it off”. I then also advised her my sandwich was cold and asked if the buns come cold regularly and again she replied, “ they took the buns out of the freezer too late last night, and didn’t want to put it under the warmer to burn them”. It felt like it came out of the refrigerator. My daughter requested a partial refund for the hot dog and she stated she would need to call the manager. She came back and stated it was not approved. Because she ate some of it and she took one bite to discover that it had mustard on it. Worst service Ever!! What if she were allergic ???nobody cared!...
