Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Pooler

We love Marco’s pizza, but we’re thoroughly disappointed with this location. We’ve continued to give them the benefit of the doubt a handful of times, and it’s continued to be disappointing.

We placed an order for delivery on 1/10 at 6:51pm. Email confirmation stated an estimated 45 minute wait for delivery, and confirmation page said estimated delivery time to be 7:37pm. About 15 minutes later, we check the tracking and it updates to say that they will start making our order at 8:00pm now. WHAT?! My husband called the store to confirm this, and offer to pick it up instead if that was indeed in the case. The employee stated that no, that is incorrect and our original wait time should be what our email stated, and that they didn’t know why their system was saying that. Well, here we are at 8:10pm, and the tracking says they are just now making our order, and that our estimated delivery time is now 8:40pm.

We’ve run into this issue before. Sometimes, the store will even call to let us know they’re running behind so that we can come pick it up instead of having to wait that long. This time we were just far out lied to, and are still waiting for a pizza almost two hours later. Bummed is an...

Please please please!! If somebody’s look at my review a year ago!! I have to come in here and edited the “new voice systems take way longer that somebody picking up the phone” and order the exact pizza I wanted. The price in the board 12.99 for a L and 14.99 for a XL my phone order was $16 for on single ingredient. I understand that this help the employees not to miss calls and give them time take the orders and maybe this way you don’t have to dedicated somebody to the cash register and reduce personnel… BUT this location for the last two years that I have been coming here is too good to do such a set back!! Somebody dedicated to the front and answer the phone will help instead of pushing everybody through the system. Took me a total of 10 minutes and two phone call plus my strong access to order something that should be less than 1 minutes. “One larger pepperoni pizza pick up -Nate” please change this in the name of the loyal customers and their mental health. Service is great and time of the pizza coming out of the oven on point...

Terrible customer service from the manager at this place!

I placed an order online for delivery for my workers. Order was placed around 8:50pm, received my confirmation through an email. Delivery time was suppose to be between 10-10:10pm. Pizza was never delivered to their hotel. I received a call at 11pm from Marcos stating that my order was for carry out. I asked kindly if they could please get it delivered because there was no way to pick up the pizza. I was not offered an apology or they didn’t even try to fix the issue. I asked who’s fault it was and the “manager” said it was mine! Because I placed the order online... how the hell is it my fault when I received a confirmation on the delivery?
