Went with a group of friends on a Saturday evening. While I understand it was busy, our table of about 11 ladies was rarely visited by staff. My friend and I chose a bottle to split and brought it back to our table, we waited a bit for staff to come by, then we realized while we were picking our bottle two clean glasses had been brought to our places at the table and considering our bottle had a screw cap, I decided to open it so we could enjoy a glass with our friends. About 20 minutes later we were scolded by a gentleman that was working the bar for not waiting to have our bottle opened. I have worked at a local restaurant/wine bar and I understand that during busy times it can be hard to keep track of everyone, but the service offered was not great. We didn't need to order a meal or have it delivered, we simply needed to be greeted and have our bottle accounted for. Big rule in customer service, you never scold...
