I am very conscious of my needs, the needs of others and the restaurants needs. I choose where to sit intentionally. All four front tables were occupied by others. I know i am handicapped and moving over carpet is totally out as i am not strong enough to pull myself across the fibers. So i saw a larger individual sitting by the table for large parties practically blocking the isle. I cthis table. I was asked to move. All tables with pull out chairs were occupied. I told Mary, the manager, that i could not sit at the other tables with only benches. I cannot simply pull up to a regular narrow end cap. She spent the entire night either making rude comments or complaing about me to others. She made it well known that she didn't like me or other handicapped people forcing them to accommodate her. Constant discrimination. Everytime i go. Trying like a Karen to justify her lame position. I thought before this she was just having a bad day. But tonight it is clear she doesn't like well paying handicapped customers. Nor does she enjoy being tipped. One thing to complain to my fave another completely to act like a 13 year old and complain about me to others. She even ruined our meal but running up like a tattle tail to my husband and making untrue accusations. I heard her complain to complete strangers trying to make allies. Who goes to a restaurant with a middle school vendetta,? I know i certainly will not that make mistake again. If you are handicapped, you are not welcome. Go to Sonny's instead. Much nicer people with great food and better handicapped...

Horrible service, good food. We waited at least 5-10 minutes to be greeted at our table. Asked for the two kids meals to be put in right away along with our drinks. Waitress came back to take our order with no drinks, probably a good 8-10 minutes after she took our order we got our drinks, but she never gave us plates for the salad bar that we ordered. 5 minutes after we got drinks our entire order came out all at once (so much for putting the kids food in first). Still no salad bar plates. My wife asked for ranch and some bbq sauce. It never came, I got up and went up front and four servers are standing there just shooting the breeze including our server. I start listing off the stuff we need and finally she snaps into action and gets them. Did not check on us after that until we were basically done eating. I had to put my Pepsi on the edge of the table for more than 10 minutes to get a refill. Brought us to-go drinks, but no check, still never got a salad bar plate. Waited for probably 10-15 more minutes for the check after she had cleared our food plates. The service was just bad. Maybe she was new? You would think if she’s that new they would have someone helping her. Thankfully the food was amazing, it’s the only reason we didn’t get up and walk out. When I told an employee at the front about our experience, his only response was “oh”. Step up your game Dustin’s, we love you but we aren’t going to come back if the service...

Tried Dustin's about a year ago after being a long time Sonny's and Backyard Bbq mainly because they had a salad bar and ice cream for the grandkids. On our 2nd visit nearly a year ago, the ice cream machine stopped working. Okay, it happens, grandkids were disappointed. On the next visit a few weeks later, we checked when we arrived to make sure ice cream machine was working. When it was time for dessert again there was a sign on the machine. When we questioned, they said the machine freezes and wont dispense. I asked how if that's the same problem as a month ago and they said yes. So disgusted, started back to Sonnys. Skip forward 11 mos....grandkids wanted to go back to Dustin's. When we got there, saw the machine was working, never thought to ask if they fixed the machine problem. You guessed it, 1 year later, as it was time for ice cream, and they had put an out of service sign, and some disappointed grandkids. When I started to inquire about repairs, the women was rude. Food is no better than any of the competition. If this is the way they maintain their food equipment, I highly recommend avoiding this establishment. It's my...
