Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Port Orange

Ordered a pizza for pickup. When I got home and opened the box, the pie had a large air bubble on a significant portion of the pizza, which pretty much made an entire portion of the pizza empty without sauce or any toppings and just a big raised bubble.

Second problem was the pizza wasn't even sliced! It was just one huge pie and no one even bothered to cut the pizza into slices.

I've never had either happen anywhere, but I feel it shows the team doesn't really follow procedure or care about the final product.

If I would have opened the box in the store, I would have refused the pizza due to the big air bubble, and probably would have pointed out it wasn't even sliced.

I know the location just opened, and I really want to enjoy the pizza but an experience like this makes it difficult to return and recommend to others especially seeing all the other negative reviews.

Also, before I wrote this review I reached out to Marcos Pizza using the website "Contact Us" method that is the response to each negative review so far in the hopes of getting resolution or feedback and never got a response. Appears to be just a canned response to reviews with no real recourse or response.

After loving Marcos on ISB in Daytona we were excited that Port Orange would have a Marcos! Unfortunately the experience has been very mixed. The first few weeks the pizzas were perfect, exactly as expected. Lately the pizzas have been drowning in cheese, probably double what it would normally have. We have to keep reminding the workers to put the crust flavoring on. The crust is very inconsistent.
