Read moreUsed to be great! We used to love coming to this stuff is because the food atmosphere and service was great. Seems like something has changed. It all started when we walked in and stood at the hostess counter, and I said hi to the girls at the front desk one of them looked at me like I was an alien, and the other mumbled high under her breath and didn’t even make eye contact And then they stood there and looked at us as if they were waiting for us to grab our own menus and see ourselves. Finally, I said just two of us and we were taken to our table. As the girl left, I said, thank you, and she barely glanced at me and nodded her head and walked away. For a Friday night, there was barely anyone there maybe 30% of the restaurant was full. Ordered the grand slam nachos, which we always get and they’re always delicious. This time, however it looked like we got the chips from the bottom of the bag small tiny little pieces. There were some whole chips, but not many decent amount of cheese drizzled all over them a little sprinkle of chopped meat. They called Carne Asada, and about a tablespoon of guacamole popped on top. Usually there’s ground meat, onions, tomatoes, a lot of goodies. Our server said he would have them remake it, but I didn’t want our food going back to the kitchen. So I told him we would keep it. It was fine. Our food was decent the firecracker shrimp tacos, but my wife got a side salad and they never brought her dressing. We waited about 10 minutes for our server to come back and we asked for her dressing and he said oh your ranch they never brought it. I’ll be right back a few minutes later when he arrived he apologized handed her dressing when she opened it. It was blue cheese then we had to wait another 3 to 4 minutes for him to come back to get the right dressing. He was nice and apologetic but all around terrible experience and to top it all off the two for one beers… They charge $11 for a draft beer which costs between three and five dollars everywhere else. We will not be coming back And it’s unfortunate because we used to...

First experience several months ago; as my compadre was about to take a drink of his newly acquired beverage the bottom dropped out getting all over him and the bar top, his food etc. (apparently it's been an ongoing issue with the new glasses they ordered according to her). He was doused in liquid, we were supplied with a replacement drink but honestly expected a little more in exchange for his experience.
And quite recently we returned only for the bartender to spray us with soda not once but twice... Apparently the nozzle kept falling off of their multi purpose drink thing and surprisingly without the nozzle it isn't just a straight liquid shoot out, instead it's like a pressurized sprinkler head shooting out like a star. I waited +10 minutes for my ranch but had already given up on it and ate half my buffalo chicken sandwich before she arrived. Took another +10 for the box we requested after paying. No discount for us even though our food/ phones being sprayed with soda. Luckily the people next to us gave us napkins to remove the excess soda on us (yes it was that bad) which neither of those two times the bartender offered us a rag or even napkins to dry off our things or ourselves.
It became a running joke with the people next to us, which we probably would have found funny if we hadn't been sober because it took me more than 40 minutes just for the 2 drinks. Talking to coworkers on other side of bar and being out of sight is how the majority of that time added up.
Yeah.. even for a "free" drink,...
