We ordered online, waited the estimated time to pick-up, arrived and my husband stood by the register for 5 minutes with no hello or how can I help you. He then got in line, once helped--they hadn't looked at the ticket hanging in the corner. We had to wait for them to make the sandwiches. Then one was wrong. Ordering online-I answered all the questions offered, checked the right boxes, then customized my sandwhich. I was told all sandwiches are made mikes way unless you say different. I customized my sandwhich. Clearly not Mike's Way and none of the wrong items were checked or asked for. So after the employee saying she'd remake it this time, it was a sloppy sloppy sandwhich with more than extra mayo, hardly any meat one onion piece, one banana pepper piece and light on oil , oregano, and salt and pepper. Short blonde girl with attitude. You guys might want to evaluate her customer service and sandwhich making since the remade sandwhich was not as ordered either. We won't order online, and won't order from your store anytime soon or ever again maybe. There are other Jersey Mike's....
Read moreI ordered a chicken buffalo sub and requested to have condiments added to it. When I received the sub it was so soft that it couldn't hold itself together and there were no condiments in it. It was almost like they had it sitting there already and they sold it to me. So, I called and asked to speak to the manager. Manager Trish answer the phone. I explained what was going on and she told me that she was the one who made the sub. I offered to bring it back when I get off of work because I was on my lunch break. She said no need for that I can just come back anytime and they will remake it for me. I went back the following week and requested to have the sub made. Manager Trish told me that she never said that she will make the sub over for me. She argue that she told me I would only get a 10% discount off of my next order. That was never the agreement. I ended up not having lunch that day because I threw the subway away. I wish I just brought it back for a full refund. Its disappointing how someone can just turn back...
Read moreSo I'm writing this review on behalf of my friend. He loves subs. Alot of my friends do. They swear by Jersey and so I recommended this location to him. He ordered a giant stickball and a giant vegetarian sub with meat addition. There was some confusion about his order, they didn't get it right so he went back. No big deal, except that when he returned he said, the young woman who had taken his order had an attitude. Now I know there are 2 sides to a story and that customers can be jerks to service people, but that's my friend. I KNOW that's not him. He tries to be nice to everyone irregardless of the circumstance, so I was truly upset at the way he felt he was treated especially after I recommended this location to him. I told him to throw the sandwich out. I'll buy him another but he said, No. He's religious, so he said, let a curse be on them because of me if they tampered with the sandwich in any way.
