I find it interesting that owner post comment about good ratings and didnt answer this post. I see someone else posted similar experiences with closing doors early. I am not the only one this is happening to. First time I have given rating for this place. We are snowbirds so only use this during summer months. I am commenting on last night service. Called at 729pm to place order. phone rang for 4 plus minutes with no answer. I hung up and called back. Phone kept ringing so I let it ring. I live in Port and decided I would drive over to see this large group of customers that must be there. I was 2 blocks away when a young man answered to tell me they had closed at 745PM because they ran out of bread, I told him I had been trying to place order since 730 and no answer on phone. This time I looked down and saw time was 748PM. and I had been on phone for more than 15 minutes with no one answering it. He responded "No way man" I told him I was just around the corner and would stop and show him my proof on the phone. He said NO, Were closed. I asked him why he could not just answer phone earlier and let me know so I wouldnt have to continue coming to his store. He told me there was no way I was on phone. I lost my temper at that time and said the F word. I told him I would tell the owner / manager know of the service. He said what ever, thanked me, said he was sorry, and then hung up. Luckily Arby's was open and no problems there. Not a good experience...
Read moreI have had mostly positive experiences with this location. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because sometimes, the staff have an attitude problem, especially the younger employees working there.
The worst experience was this one time about a month ago, I placed an online order for the 10 dollar meal deal plus an order of cheese curds. When I got there, the girl working there only bagged the stuff for my 10 dollar meal deal and immediately walked to the back. I waited a good few minutes waiting for her to start my cheese curds. I didn't want to yell for her, so I got desperate and walked through the front door to ring the alarm to get her attention.
When she came back, I told her she had forgotten my cheese curds, and she had a major attitude about making them for me. The food has always been good, but management should probably go over customer service skills, especially with their younger employees. Read moreI have never had any team at any establishment care as much about my food allergies and safety as they did at this place! I came into this Cousins location about 2ish weeks ago for a veggie sandwich and I told the woman working the register that I have severe food allergies. She was very nice and went to the back to let another woman know (who I believe was the manager), I wish I caught her name! This manager then came out and jumped into action to help the team with making my sandwich. She kindly instructed everyone to change their gloves and get fresh knives, got me a fresh roll, washed down the counters, and was meticulous about making sure that none of the ingredients or surfaces were contaminated by my allergens. I bring up my allergies at a lot of food places and I have never seen someone care this much, it was really heartwarming and I just want to express my appreciation for the care that she and the rest of the team showed me. They went above and beyond....
