I stopped by during a Sunday afternoon bike ride and ordered a medium brewed coffee and a brownie. Unfortunately, the coffee was served lukewarm. After taking a sip, I asked if it could be warmed up in a microwave, mentioning it was barely warm. The staff member told me there was no microwave and that nothing could be done.
When I expressed that this wasn’t acceptable, she took the cup and topped it off with more of the same coffee, saying she had “freshened it up.” I was surprised and asked if she really believed adding more of the same lukewarm coffee would make a difference.
