We went through the drive through, and the girl kept rushing us to order. When we get up to the window she has an attitude with us. The second window, the guy had an attitude with us. We ask for the receipt and they tell us to pull forward for it. We had to wait for a receipt? Then we was missing food and told the girl. She makes a snobby remark and walks inside. The guy comes out and he hands us the food and has an attitude. Clearly the staff here has attitude problems and can’t do their job right. This McDonald’s needs to rethink their staff. Update: just got home and everything was thrown into the bag. The hash browns were all over the bottom and the sandwiches were falling out the wrapper. Horrible place. Wish I could give -10. Update: we haven’t came to this McDonald’s in a while… we ordered our food and chose dine in, they didn’t bring it to us, just left it on the counter and yelled for our number. We waited 20 mins for our food. When I grabbed the food I stood there for 5 mins before someone came back and I asked about my smoothie that was missing. The lady rolled her eyes and said I’ll have it out in a minute. I went back to the table and sat there for 5 mins before I went back to the counter. I stood there for 5 more minutes. There was people getting upset with the staff because they was taking long. When someone finally came up I asked about the smoothie. It was a guy who was sweet but it seemed to be his first day. He wasn’t being trained and had no idea what he was doing. While I waited for my smoothie all I could hear in the back is people arguing and cussing eachother out. There were children in the lobby… After we finished eating we left. As we left we saw like 5 of the staff just standing out back talking while there was a huge line and tons of people in the lobby. Read moreCan I just say, how mad I am? Ive worked in customer service for YEARS as a manager at that. And I would NEVER treat a customer how I was treated. First off, I ordered my meal which included an LARGE meal, and when I pulled up to pay the drive thru cashier seamed very lost. Said he “accidentally got the orders mixed up and had the person infront of me pay for someone else’s order.” That right there was the start of the incompetence, but I was nice and didn’t say anything because, like I e said, I’ve worked for places like this for YEARS. When I get up to the window for my food, the girl hands me my drinks and walks away. I realize I have a medium coke( I ordered a large meal with a coke) and it was rang in wrong( which isn’t my fault to begin with). All sizes are the same price so I assume it’d be okay to ask them for my large Coke as I’ve done plenty of places with no hassle. But was WRONG. The worker said I could pull around and buy another one or come inside to get a large instead of just grabbing my pop and getting me a large.. then I asked for her manager hoping for professionalism and better customer service, but again NOPE! She was rude and shut the window on me. Why is it THIS location I always have problems with people being RUDE?? Can the owner fix this? Read moreI went through the drive thru to place an order, and the cashier told me "one moment please". I sat there for 15 minutes before she came back to take my order. I gave her my mobile app number so I could earn reward points and then placed my order. When I drove up to the second window, the cashier took my card, charged it, and gave it back without saying anything. She kinda just waved at me to pull up to the next window. I didn't get a receipt either, but I shrugged it off and pulled forward. The second window employee handed me a meal, but to my surprise, the order was incorrect (I ordered the two cheeseburgers meal, and I was handed a filet-o-fish). I gave it back and told them it was incorrect. I also asked for the receipt so I could show them that it was in fact incorrect. Another employee came to me and said that since I didn't have the receipt, then I possibly couldn't have paid for it. She basically accused me of trying to steal food!? The cashier walked up to the front at that point and I asked her to please explain to the other employee that I paid for the meal, and I did in fact order a number 7 (two cheeseburgers meal). She told me that I ordered a number 6 and I was wrong!?! She then rudely handed me the incorrect order. I asked if I could please have my order corrected, and they just looked at me and said "That's what the order says." I just drove off at that point. I also didn't get reward points either....
