CURRY NAAN INDIAN CUISINE — Restaurant in Portland

I searched for a well-rated Indian restaurant to dine at with my gf before a concert 10/8 at the Moda Center, and chose this one. She just looked over my shoulder and saw me typing this 24 hrs later and said, "omg, I could literally eat there again tonight".

Don't be fooled by the venue, which might not look "authentic", whatever that means... the food was delicious. The onion bhaji came out crispy, sweet and hot, accompanied with tangy tamarind sauce and mint sauce... then a very creamy chicken tikka masala with garlic naan. I had it mild for my gf's sake but would happily have enjoyed it a little hotter. I'm salivating again just thinking about it. We ate virtually everything on our plates. These days prices are going up for restaurant food and sometimes it doesn't feel worth it; this was an exception - I felt like I'd come away with a bargain for how good it tasted and how satisfying...

I'm still raving about my recent visit to Curry Naan Indian Cuisine! From the moment we walked in, Chef Sunny's warm hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. He kindly offered to whip up his signature Kadhi Rice, and oh boy, it was love at first bite! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the authenticity of this North Indian curry rice dish was spot on. The Masala Chai and Mango Lassi were also delicious and complemented the meal beautifully. I'd highly recommend Curry Naan to anyone looking for genuine Indian flavors and exceptional service. Can't wait to go back and try more of Chef...

Amazing Indian Food and Warm Hospitality! Curry Naan Indian Cuisine is a hidden gem in downtown Portland! The flavors of their curries are absolutely delicious-rich, authentic, and perfectly spiced. I especially loved the butter chicken and garlic naan; everything was fresh and full of flavor. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they offer special arrangements for catering too, which is a huge plus. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and has a great atmosphere for dining in. Highly recommend this spot if you're craving real Indian cuisine. Definitely coming...
