I called in my order around 4:45 and the lady told me it would be 30 mins and I could come pick it up. I was there 40 min later and it still wasn't ready no worries looked like they were busy. I spoke to a short guy with curly hair who was doing dishes he check said 8 mins it should be done so I sat and waited. Another staff memeber came and asked what was the name and this was 15 mins later and it still wasn't started. I saw people in the restraunt who showed up before me getting there food before my order I called in awhile again. So I was at this place from 5:45 and remember i called it at 4:30ish finally walked out with my order at 7:15pm. Finally after waiting and hour and 30 mins, I was able to bring it home. Guess what my rawmen was super cold and thrown together nothing was right with any of my order and watered down, and missing ingredients. Then guess what I got sick afterwards, and now I use to love this place now I will not be back. Just a very bad experince with a fever and can't stop going to the toilet hint you know what I mean. Also as I looked in there kitchen area. I didn't think anything of it but it was super dirty. I watched one guy put gloves on then picked something off the floor then touch back of this fryer looking thing with caked old food on the back of it, and there air vents were so caked with oil and old food they needed to be cleaned. After getting sick I want to go back, and take pictures of the kitchen and post them on this review. This place was my favorite spot for rawmen what has happened?? My reciept is in this review on...

I don’t know who is leaving good reviews here: rich people with no taste? Bots? 🤖 I actually got this on a discount for $25 ($40! Without a discount) with a tip thinking I’ll treat myself.. Ramen had flavorless noodles that were stuck together. They didn’t even bother to swirl it so the noodles would separate. The amount of broth was LAUGHABLE, it didn’t get to half of noodles. Is this a joke?? I’ve eaten bad ramen, but this is clearly the restaurant ripping off deliveries with minimal quantity.

Takoyaki was OK, not $10 ok. I’m not sure what was the other fried thing that I got because it had so little meat that I couldn’t even figure out what it is. 4 pieces of stuff that looked like it was in someone’s plate, so the restaurant put that into a delivery box.

The bag was pretty, but yeah, don’t order or go here. I had this delivered through Uber and they won’t do a thing...

Great customer service the guys were very good about making sure our food was good and if it was not then they offered to change it out for another dish which they did for my daughter. They were happy to make things right ( which there wasn’t anything they did my daughter didn’t like what she picked out) and even then they offered to make her something else and the second dish was the magic dish for her. Can’t get customer service like that anymore these days. Place was clean , good vibes , cool bar , other food options is a big plus. Overall great place good food good service 5 stars all across the board, they don’t normally give military discount but they did this once I just asked didn’t expect they would . I’ll be back to this place !!!!!! ...

I had great ramen here and great service! We ordered the Garlic Tonkotsu Shoyu and my partner ordered the Tonkotsu Shoyu. The most outstanding part was the noodles: they were very bouncy and had a nice egg-ish that accented the broth very well. The meats were very tender and seasoned. Same with the egg. The broth was light at first, but oddly enough got more savory and slightly salty the more you ate it. Everything tasted like it was prepared with care. We also got the karrage, which I really liked. The meat actually had quite a lot of savory soy flavors and the mayo was a nice touch. The service was also very good! A nice man brought us the ramen even though we were sitting upstairs. I would highly recommend this place for a quick bite.
