Dunkin' — Restaurant in Portland

I went in yesterday a couple times for the new raspberry watermelon refreshers amazing by the way. But I saw something didn't look right. They had an employee on her hands and knees with what looks like a tooth brush cleaning the baseboards and floors. LABOR LAWS MUCH. Because when I went back that same lady was cleaning the bathrooms too. I truly hope she finds a better job. I felt so bad for her. NOT COOL DUNKIN IF YOU TREAT YOU EMPLOYEES THAT WAY. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.!!!I will NEVER STEP FOOT BACK THERE AGAIN!!! And I run on Dunkin. HONESTLY I NEVER in my life have I ever seen anyone treat an employee like that. You should be ashamed of yourself. And you should not be allowed to work there if you treat others that way. BE RESPECTFUL ALWAYS!! I think the person that made her do that should lose their job but I know that would not happen they are so hard up for a body in the store they don't care who works for...

Rude staff!!! Slow service! Came in to pick up an online order, waited more than 10 minutes in the designated area, no one even cared to approach me to ask what I was waiting for. I saw my order sitting at a counter near registers, I thought it was still being worked on but NO, it was just sitting idle. When I asked about my order past 10 minutes, I was told that they did not have a jelly donut. There were 4 people working, the store was NOT busy at all! When I asked to substitute a jelly donut with another kind, I was not asked which one, a woman just put a heart shaped donut into the bag. I asked her for any other donut but not the heart shaped one. She said: “Don’t be weird! Next time we will not substitute anything for you”. Please please train your employees better OR hire new ones who would respect the customers and help your business to flourish instead of trying to kill its...

I love this location when they will actually take my order at the drive-thru, but coming later at night is always a problem. It takes a lot for me to complain because I understand that things happen and the service won’t always be perfect, but this is the third time I’ve gone there an hour+ before they closed and they literally just ignore you while you’re waiting in the drive-thru. And it’s not like the employees aren’t there, they’re in the store, I actually watched an employee take out the trash verrry slowly while I was sitting and waiting for them to take my order, then he proceeded to walk inside and he still didn’t take my order. So then I drove away and saw another employee sitting at the window! Ridiculous. They just choose to ignore you instead of doing what they’re getting paid to do.
