Food Carts SW 4th Ave & SW Hall St — Restaurant in Portland

Really nice people but my buddy I went with became seriously ill and as I am writing this review I have been in my restroom over an hour already sick to my stomach. My buddy ordered something more complicated, but I am pretty new to the majority of the food carts there. We are some food from the orange one that's right up front facing 4th St and then after I was disgusted when I pulled apart a bad smelling piece of chicken and saw that it has green and blue mold cooked into it from improper storing and it just being out dated , but then to still serve it. We are lucky we aren't in the hospital today. This is the 3rd time I have been severely disappointed with the quality of food that we paid for, was served to myself, and was rotten. 3 strike law for me, be careful with the orange cart and the one on the corner of 4th and college facing Chevron. I don't know how they even achieved a license to sell rotten food to us. Stay safe...
