So, just recently I decided to give Guilder Cafe a shot and yes their espresso drinks are pretty good, but if your looking for seasonal flavors or any flavors, u won't find them here... Just straight tastes and no excitement... Depending on who's working that day, u might have issues getting the exact temperatures that you want with your drink, so stay general...And please don't drop anything on the floor, because they haven't mopped in a long time... You can actually see the dirt streaks once you've sat...

Got a really great cortado that was smooth and tasty - light-to-medium roasted Guatemalan anaerobic washed beans, if I remember correctly. It tasted sweet and fruity. Will be coming back.
