Though I happen to live near this very McDonald's location, I have eaten there plenty of times. Although there are no complaints with the food or service---though cleanliness needs to improve a bit or a lot more.
There was only a bit of a mess up with the order one time last year. I requested bacon on my Double Quarter Pounder with cheese (also requested Mac sauce) with fries, and drink. He forgot the bacon twice since I requested it on my receipt. I calmly and politely pointed out the mistake was repeated. At least the manager was nice and professional when he finally understood the problem. Not only did he compensate me by correcting the mistake and finally added bacon to my Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese (Mac Sauce was already added as requested), but he also gave me two McDonald's gift cards as compensation and gave me a free burger. At least the manager was professional and respectful.
Fast Forward to today: when I was eating my supper at this McDonald's location, some random panhandler was asking me to lend him money by way of harassing me. I don't appreciate strangers or anyone else asking me to lend them any money---or when I'm still eating. I don't care who they are, I will not tolerate anyone asking me to lend them cash, and they're ought to be a law to discourage people from asking customers for money. My guess is the other customer who harassed me may have been a drug addict and probably had a history of squandering his cash for drugs and booze, and I won't even stand for it. Customers (especially those who I don't even know) need to be a lot more respectful of my boundaries and the boundaries of all the other customers. Another incident is children being unreasonably loud in the dining area (I.e. outside of the play area) and horse playing in the cashier line. Though I would give five stars for food and four for reliable service---maybe five for the employees' professionalism, it pains me to give only two stars overall---but that is only directed both at loud children and mostly directed at the panhandlers for them treating me like a bank, which is by way of harassing me. I'll still come back to enjoy my meal, but I do not ever want to see any panhandlers ever again. They should be arrested for extortion...

Literally every afternoon until late into the night the double drive-through is backed up with 18 cars all the way around the building and out into the street. Even at midnight in the middle of winter. Doors are locked so you can’t just pop inside and grab a prepaid, pre-ordered order. and once you get far enough in the line you can’t get out if you decide you don’t want to wait any longer. You’re blocked in.
For the life of me I don’t know why they can’t have the lobby open for mobile app orders and third-party delivery pick ups only like a lot of places that have the lobby otherwise closed are doing right now?
I’m so sick of waiting in the drive-through for 25 to 45 minutes for Ubereats pick-ups, burning $4 a gallon gas for an order that was pre-ordered and prepaid and should be ready to go. Uber tells me I shouldn’t wait more than seven minutes and that I should cancel orders if I arrive and wait longer, but if drivers canceled orders for excessive wait here after seven minutes, then they would literally be canceling every order.
I don’t have time to sit in the drive-through numerous times each night for up to 45 minutes to make five or $10 on a trip.
I miss the days when fast food was actually fast. If you wanted a quick bite than you could pop in at the drive-through, order your food and drive off within a couple minutes. 45 minutes for fast food is a bit excessive.
Personally I think McDonald’s is pretty disgusting and I’m always amazed at the demand and people willing to wait for 45 minutes for that junk. Is it really that good? McDonald’s has sucked since they changed the chicken McNuggets, quit frying the pies, and switched to the healthier oil for the fryer basket.
It’s time for people to get back to work. nobody has any staff. Way to go Brandon!
(I just typed all this while waiting in the drive-through for my last Ubereats order I will ever accept here. A complete waste of my...
Read moreI always order at this McDonald's since it's just a few blocks down the street from my house. After I ordered a drink and was seating in my car like I do everyday when I go to pick my friend up from the sea dogs, there was this red car that pulled up next to mine a few parking spots away and met this guy with a bag that was like holding his whole house in it and then a woman and another woman got out with 4 kids not behaved at all. Mind you this is a five seater vehicle! The guy must have been high because I had my arm on the window where the window goes down into and was playing on snapchat killing time like I always do, just playing with the Marilyn Monroe filter. While I am doing that he walks up to my window and asks me "if I was filming them." I replied excuse me? He said "was you filming us?" I replied no sir I am playing on snap chat and politely showed him and showed that the camera was on front facing camera. Mean while I am thinking you're not Beyoncè or the Kardashian why in the world would I be filming you? Lol. So, they headed inside and I continued to wait for my friend while still send snapchats and about 10 minutes later almost a few employees came up to my car and told me they got complaints about this vichele filming people.. which I wasn't! I offered to let the employee see my gallery on my phone and even as a paying customer who is there everyday my friend works at the stadium and always buys a soda from here. I was asked to leave or they were calling the police. I will never buy another thing from this McDonald's even if it's the only place I can afford, I'll starve. Very very...
