I will be filing an appeal. I paid for extra time in a completely unmanned parking garage. The only way to ‘add time’ is to pay 4 dollars per additional hour. Crazy. I was supposed to get a text message according to their kiosk system. Never got one. I go to my car on July 5th and have a ticket. Meanwhile theres barely any cars there. I will filing a written complaint as well. I like parking here because it’s convenient. After this though you lost my business officially. Truly aggressive and unethical practice here for parking. Ive never experienced this at any other parking garage in my entire life. Whoever is the meter maid here should be seriously questioning your morals for how you operate. Hopefully the appeal will be reviewed with decency. If so i will update my review to reflect a higher rating. For now its one star. No warning, no text message like the system officially says you will receive to extend your. I look forward to a response to my appeal as that will dictate how i handle this issue going forward with this garage. I come here and pay to support PSU. This is how i am treated in return, even the next morning after a holiday on a Saturday, with a...

It has quite a few floors for student parking and has two floors available for pay-to-park if you're a visitor or a student who doesn't visit very often. It also has an elevator at one of the corners of the building. However, finding parking can be such a hassle and it definitely isn't a clean building, especially at the stairs. Be careful about leaving any belongings out in plain sight; you may be robbed. I do believe they put new cameras, so if you do get stolen from, you might be able to catch your thief. This is assuming the cameras actually work, haha. All in all, it's a convenient location with quite a bit of parking available (if you get there at the...
Read moreHourly parking on lowest level only rest of structure is permit only. More expensive than city parking on the street but you can feed the meter (in person or with smart phone). Means you only need to pay for what you need, no guessing and over paying or being short and getting ticketed. Enforcement runs about 7a to 8p Monday thru Saturday (don't even think of not paying on sat. There is a very popular farmers market next block over. Saturdays make PSU lots of money). Get in early (before 7:30a) or after most classes (3 or 4p) for best chance at parking here. Parking Structure 3 (between 12th and 13th and Montgomery ) almost always has at least some...
