I have never felt so belittled or less of a human as I have after walking into this establishment and attempting to order a drink.

I consider myself an aspiring bar and restaurant aficionado, and have a tremendous amount of respect for the hard working staff that shape my experiences into memories. I'm not a rich man by any means, but I don't think I should order a drink unless I can afford to thank my experience provider with at least a 50% tip.

When I walked into this establishment carrying my iced tea from lunch, I was told no outside drinks were allowed. This is a completely normal policy, so I gladly finished my iced tea before returning to the counter to order my drink. At which time I was harassed by the bar tender for keeping my empty plastic cup and having it at the table. I do my part to reduce the carbon footprint on this planet, an ideal that one would think would be popular in a place like Portland, but instead of being thanked for going green I'm made to feel like a degenerate less-than human because I wanted to re-use my cup at a later time. Despite the way I was treated, I still ordered a drink for the person I was with, but I sat the hole time without one because I couldn't overcome the outrage about how I was treated.

If you are a human, you deserve better. Spend your hard earned dollars somewhere that appreciates...

Never tried this place so we figured we give it a try, usually not the one to do this but here we go.......first we had to wipe our own table down, second we had to take and pour our own wine bottle then to add the topping on the cake pizza was extremely chared and burnt and not one bit tasty and we had to cut it our selves and the have an automatic tip that starts at 18 percent , lucky we ordered the cheese with the bread on the side no utensils so we ate with our hands, that was decent but...

Really nice place! The interesting mix of classic lights, classic furniture, mix with a modern setting was really interesting. I was only visiting in town, but people were decent. Straight to the point. I was kinda' tired from walking all over the night, and this place hit the spot. If I wasn't already full, I'd definitely try...
