Parking NW - Columbia Square Parking Garage — Local services in Portland

We used to park here all the time, but there is no longer easy access to the garage. We went to a weekend performance at the Keller (2:00 PM) and had to walk down three levels of stairs, and then noticed the door closed behind us. To get back to our car, we had to walk circles (up the entrance ramp) to the third floor because the stairwells are locked. You can exit through them but not enter. Signage is also not clear and contradicting. We ended up going around in circles trying to find a pay station (they say to pay before you leave your car) and the station was inside the locked building. Worst nightmare at this parking structure. It was July 4th celebration and I know there are lots of people! However, I was stuck at the parking structure for 2 -3hours. I already paid at the machine for $10, little did I know it will take me 2 hours and get charged another $10 because the previous one expired and they knew there are 2-3 levels of car stuck there and they don’t care and still charge you twice! Ridiculous and there are people cutting lines, honking getting off of the car and yelling this parking structure management...

Listen to the other recent reviews and do not park here. I used to park here for shows at the Keller all the time, and would leave and re-enter via the elevators and interior entrance. Now you can't go in the building at all, and the stairwell is locked, so you have to walk up the car ramps back to your car (just like the last reviewer said). Then the machine at the end wouldn't read our credit card, and there was no one in the booth! Took a while to sort out. Park right across the street at the other garage and...
