Awful place. Staff was looking like they don’t want to be there, the waitress took our order and went out from the restaurant and she didn’t care about our table and us. We waited for our order 40 minutes even though the restaurant was almost empty. The staff wasn’t very helpful and friendly. When the food came one of the waitresses brought us a basket with ketchup and there were used pouches inside! The chicken tenders was burn and super salty. If it takes over 30 minutes to prepare the food, we should be inform about that, because we wasted a lot of time there and we almost missed the bus. We do not recommend!

Solidly in the realm of pub food. Not baaaaad service, but average, at best. Seating outside during COVID times, and they have warmers to extend the outdoor season. Had the tenders—they were out of their house special Mac & Cheese at 2 p.m. on a weekday 🤷🏼‍♂️. Tenders were unremarkable. Don’t expect much table side attention. Maybe I’m nitpicking but how do you delver food to your one table (of the two you have) and then say, “Oh, yeah, I’ll be right back with your silverware and napkins.” Maybe put this place on the list for beers, but not food. Or just expect average pub food and average service.

My husband and I went here for Thanksgiving. We really appreciated that it was both open and serving a normal menu. Our meals were great! We started with the poutine, which was excellent. My husband got a burger, Rosie's Nasty Habit and it was very good. Great quality beef. I got the lobster Mac and cheese. The lobster was good, but the mac itself was phenomenal! Super, super recommend! Would love to see an option to add grilled/fried chicken on top and not just lobster. We finished off with some pretty good chocolate cake to go. Will definitely come back the next time we're in Portland.

I was very surprised at how bad my experience was. I went inside and asked for a seat on the patio, the woman that greeted me was very sweet and told me to sit anywhere. I picked a seat outside and waited. And waited and waited. Finally a server came over and brought me a menu. I waited for her to come back. Mind you, there are only 3 other tables. Nobody looked like they were being helped. Finally, she came back with water. I ordered everything at once because I figured that would probably be best. I order a grilled cheese, a mac and cheese app, and a vodka lemonade. I waited 30 more minutes. Nothing. Finally another girl delivered my undercooked, soggy grilled cheese. I still didn't have a drink and my mac and cheese was lost somewhere in the void. I saw my server and inquired about my drink now that it's been 45 mins and I asked her to cancel to mac n cheese if she forgot to ring it in or if they hadn't started it yet. She made up some excuse about my app getting messed up, I asked for the bill because I couldn't spend anymore time here. After a while, I asked the other girl running food if she could just run my card, which she did, very fast, she was actually great. My server came back with my bill as I was leaving. I told her I already paid. I don't know what the issue was but it wasn't busy. Other patrons weren't even helped by the time I left. It shouldn't take nearly an hour for a soggy grilled cheese and it surely shouldn't take that long to get a simple vodka lemonade. This place has a great location but the service can be...

Local watering hole? More like local hole in the wall with bad staff. Went here right after getting engaged on Valentine's night to celebrate, and wow what a way to ruin the experience. Super disappointing.

Our party of four was waiting at the host station, and one member of our party went to the bathroom, only to be physically blocked and insulted by an employee. The employee pointed out the bathroom was not public, assuming we were the worst kind of people. The employee then turns to the three of us remaining at the host station, and asks if we are with the person using the restroom, asks how much he has had to drink (none, he was our designated driver), and told us to keep him under control. We agreed and continued to our table, despite being so offended with such a welcome on such a special night for my new fiance and I.

We were not brought to our table, instead he (the server) pointed to the corner, and informed us the kitchen was closed. He began to hand me the drink menus (I assume) and when I outreached my arm HE TOOK THEM BACK AND WALKED AWAY. Unbelievable.

We left, saying to the server whom treated us so poorly, "we are leaving", and they insinuated they didn't care.

Completely unacceptable behavior. I understand it was a holiday, and it can be overwhelming for employee's, but this was beyond that. It felt personal, and it damaged what was suppose to be an overall fun experience, into one I regret completely which filled me...

If only I could give zero stars. Rude server/host turned us away before we could even sit down. Sunday (Father's Day) afternoon around 3:30pm, 3 of us plus my 3 year old toddler were going to get a late lunch. The menu looked inviting. We waited on l line outside to be seated. The line lead us inside the tight entry way. There were 3 people sitting down waiting plus my party waiting the moment the hostess/server saw the group he mumbled "oh god hang me now". That took me back but everyone has bad days. When he finally returned inside he took my info and told us to wait outside. As we were waiting outside another server ,much friendlier than the other, asked of we were waiting and if we were on the list. I said yes and she said lete clean off a table I asked her if there were any inside. She said no not at the moment. So I asked if it would be possible to get a hight chair at the table outside. She said yes of course. She cleaned off the table and told us to sit she would be right with us. As we were getting settled and waiting for the highchair the prior rude hostess asked if we were good and I asked if we could get a highchair. His response was you could but they are dirty... Under his breath he said sorry we don't get kids here. That rude hostess/server ruined it. Why have a highchair in the waiting area if you don't want children in your establishment. It was the afternoon not the evening where people are out drinking...
