Snow Bunny Coffee — Restaurant in Portland

Came here for the bingsu mainly, since I don't know of much places in Portland that serve it. I ordered a strawberry and mango and they add a generous serving of fruit with the shaved milk ice. I would have preferred if they topped it with fresh fruit though, since the fruit used does seem to be a packaged previously frozen kind. They served it in plastic cups as opposed to the usual pile in a bowl that I see, which is less pretty but more convenient to eat if you need to take it on the go.

Enjoyed the ambience with a clean interior and store placement near a park. They seemed a bit understaffed when I was there (1 person was doing everything, he did a good job though), but it was a Sunday afternoon so probably not their busiest time. I also had a lavender tea latte which was a bit sweet for my taste, and a cappuccino which tasted as I expected since they serve Coava.

Overall a pleasant time, would recommend if you want bingsoo...

Cute coffee shop thats only a 5min walk from my house so I've been wanting to try it out since my friend raved about their Rose Latte. It has a clean modern feel insde and is right across from the park which is a plus to walk around or grab coffee with a friend.

I was super excited to get the rose latte but it has been consistently cold the last two times I have gone even though I asked for extra hot. I dont know how they make this coffee but its always luke warm when it arrives in my hand. My husband has had the same experience and for that reason we have just stopped going since the baristas always say they'll make it hot but they never do. Dont get me wrong, the baristas are super friendly and welcoming and there is plenty of room inside to practice safe social distancing while ordering, but cold coffee is not something I'm too...

Living in the Pearl District personally, I find it hard to find good coffee in the neighborhood. It's either bland or not a good roast...

But the coffee here at snow bunny is so wonderful, flavorful, and each cup made with so much love you guys!

I have never seen a small shop get to know or give back to their communities as much as Snow Bunny and the team💖

Rachael and Leeann are by far two of the most genuine, wholehearted, and talented baristas in town.

I come here every morning and not to mention it's almost like a cafe for dogs 😂🐶 The team loves dogs and every dog gets a pup cup and treats!! You always see people's dogs pulling them into the shop, it's really quite funny.
