Twozone Chicken — Restaurant in Portland

Food was hot and tender. Place appeared clean and menu was easy to read. Spam Masubi was good. Wasabi chicken was fine, but would try a different flavor if I ever return. Will not be returning to this location, though.

Cashier stopped mid transaction with the customers in front of me, and walked over to greet me. The intention was likely positive, but it was awkward that they came to connect with me without finishing with the other customers. When I shared I was picking up an online order, they walked away without acknowledging what I’d said, then went to greet a third customer who’d walked in. Cashier proceeded to help the first and third customers before acknowledging me again, which was frustrating. I didn’t mind waiting, but it was an unnecessarily complicated sequence of events which could have been avoided by simply helping customers in the order in which we lined up. What was the point in walking away from a different customer to act like helping me, just to ignore me? It felt rude to all customers involved. Sorry to the customers I blocked from accessing the water during the confusing ordeal.

Didn’t receive the requested utensils. Again, I don’t really mind, but why ask whether I want them if they’re not going to be included when I indicate I want them?

Honestly not a lot of places hit every SINGLE ASPECT… but this place does! Starting with the customer service, the staff were all so incredibly kind and took time to provide service to me even though I wasn’t too sure what I wanted to eat at first. They are all very patient on me deciding what flavor of wing I wanted and I didn’t feel rushed which i appreciate so much because I don’t like to feel judged if I don’t know what to get at a place for the first time. I felt like I was actually cared for and I was even able to sample some of the sauces so I know what I liked best. I don’t know any places that do this and care about their customers that much!! The food came out very quick and the staff let me know when the main food will be out, the wings. The affordability and value for the food is amazing and the quality of the food is to die for! My corn dog was a good size and made fresh. The wings were so JUICY that I’ve never had such good wings before. I got the 5 piece traditional and they are SO worth it for the price. I will say there is no place like this now a days and this will my new go-to when I’m in the area. Customer service AMAZING, the efficiency AMAZING, the price AMAZING, the quality AMAZING. I went here today and it was my first time I continuously asked questions and the lady that was taking my order was extremely rude. She made it as the questions I was asking was supposed to be common sense. I then went onto finish my order, and then she told me after I had already placed my order that, they only take the exact change for the order so I had to take items off of my order because I couldn’t break a $20 bill so I had to remove items from off of my order in order to give her the exact exact change and smaller bills she asked me if I wanted any ketchup I told her yes upon leaving and getting home. I didn’t have any ketchup in the bag. The prices are extremely high. It’s like $15 just for five wings not a combo no sides. The food was good. It was the first time I had it. I ordered the bacon corndog with a corn on the side. The corn was like four dollars and it was super small. It was a baby corn and I could have got a full bag at Winco for two dollars. I’m not gonna say I don’t recommend but in my opinion it’s just not worth it. I’m sure I’ll end up getting the same thing again just somewhere else if you’re looking to experiment and it’s your first time get a few different items just to try then I’m going somewhere with better customer...
