Edit Aug 2025 - they sell leftover pastry š While Iāve loved Twisted Croissant for years and recommend it to everyone, today the chocolate croissant we received is Not Fresh. Pretty sure itās leftover from yesterday. I know that day-old croissant taste, chewy, not crispy or flaky. They donāt even bother to re-toast it. Very disappointed.
Itās also weird that theyāre supposed to be open at 7am, but at 7:30 am when we arrived at the door, the staff just switched the sign from āclosedā to āopen. Something is going wrong likely.
Not sure if Iāll give it another chance. Although it looked fantastic, somehow didnāt like the texture of the croissant. Itās hard on the outside which is different from what we are generally used to. Didnāt felt the cherry and chocolate complemented each other. Overall disappointed. Store was empty when we went in. It was quiet. Parking is a nightmare. Staff who was working is good. Ambiance is very clean and modern. I love the fact that they are part of inKind which is helpful.

If I can provide some constructive feedback, everything is HUGE and seriously decadent, which seems to be their signature style. It definitely looks like a successful formula given the expansion, but Iād love it if there were some smaller and simpler options besides just a plain croissant for those without such a sweet tooth. Something like macarons, madeleines, my favorite, canelĆ©s, or even just a mini version of a few of their top sellers would all be great additions to the over the top treats.
