I rarely ever review places. However, I swear people have gotten more stupid. Don't mean to be rude, but can't help it. Decided to go through drive thru tonight because we are both not feeling well enough to cook.
Well, it firsts starts off with the girl at the 1st window taking orders asks what we would like. We give her our first order and without asking would that be all or anything else, she just gives us our total. My bf says that's not all. She says pull forward. He got upset and said I'm not done ordering. Her response is oh. Then he proceeded to finish his order. We got up to her window. No smile. Tells us our total. We give her $20. We sat at her window for at least 2 minutes as she's taking the orders of the vehicles behind us. Then not only do we not get apologies or anything she hands us our change waded up. Doesn't count it out or anything!!!
Then we pull up to the window to receive our food. Another girl opens the window. Hands us a crumpled bag and says here. Um............ no repeating the order anymore??? We ask what it is because we are sure it's not ours. Really doesn't say anything. I say is that a #5 And #8? She's all oh. Takes the bag. Then asks what we ordered. Really!!!??? Not only do you have screens, but I just told you!! So again I say we had a #5 And #8 one with coke one with sprite. A few minutes pass and a guy comes to the window handing us a bag. Doesn't say what it is. So we ask if it's what we ordered. He says yes but doesn't even double check. We double check... We are missing 1 of our fries and a 4 piece nugget and our drinks!!!!!!
C'mon!!!!!! How freaking hard is it people!??? Is our younger generations so oblivious as to what customer service is?? Are they lacking common knowledge that bad???? This is beyond ridiculous! I have worked service industry most of my life. Customer service really isn't that hard especially when I was being nice about it all! I know what it's like. We weren't even offered an upgrade or money back. We should have been offered something for the pain of going through that. Even an apology!!!!!!!!
This is not the 1st time things similar to this incident has happened at this location. It makes me wonder who's training them. I really am not meaning to be rude, I can't help some of what I say, but really!?!?
I doubt we'll be going back unfortunately.

Read moreUpdate 8/12/23: Check every single item at the window. They have mostly figured out how to stay open during operating hours, however they've forgotton how to prepare a single menu item. 3 times in a row these clows have screwed up my order.
Update 06/16/22: My edit is still valid. This place does not EVER stay open during their posted hours. Staff closes early every single day and the timing is totally random. It is really awful when this is the only fast food in this part of town. The only thing this place has been successful at is making money for their competitors, because once you've left the house you might as well drive a couple extra miles to a place that can manage to stay open during their posted hours. Seriously, pulling up to this place at any time during their posted open hours and having them actually be open is like rolling a Yahtzee. Can they just please go out of business already, so someone else with a semblance of business acumen can take over!?
Edit: They have not actually been open even once during their posted hours for over a year. Literally every single time I show up here, there's a printed out sign taped to the drive-thru monitor saying they had to close early. Sometimes there is no sign and they're just closed hours before 8pm. I'm sorry Wendy's. You were my favorite around. But you have lost my business forever, since i am just done wasting my time driving to your restaurant, only to have to turn around and drive somewhere else when I realize you are unable to keep any semblance of operational hours.

Read moreI love Wendy's and I hate to complain about ANYONE because I understand how hard food service is. HOWEVER, This has to be the worst example of customer service I have ever seen. I was waiting a long with another guest for a good chunk of time while going unacknowledged. My friend came up to the counter and asked someone to take my order after awhile and the girl said "yeah, well I'm packing some orders right now." More time went by and the two girls behind the counter then yelled at their friend who was on break to bring their phone up to show them something, right at the front counter. This is when I asked who was in charge. The response I got was "in the manager in the back." I asked to speak to her. When she did come up, I asked why I had people rolling their eyes at me and not saying hello when I came in. She said they were packing orders. Then, the one girl who got their friend up to the counter interrupted the manager and told me she did try and take my order. I have two eye witnesses who saw that she did not. She started holding her hands and arms up at me and arguing with me, talking to me as if I were stupid. The manager said "sorry about that, please take her order". At that point I decided to leave and I said I was going elsewhere. Then the one girl decided to start yelling about how I shouldn't complain if I was going to leave. The only reason I left was due to her displaying aggressive behavior. I explained that if I treated guests this way I would be let go. Definitely needs work on their customer service.
I have a friend who says something else very similar happened to her at this location as well.
I definitely love Wendy's and would recommend any other location, but unfortunately cannot...
