Subway — Restaurant in Powder Springs

Do not order online !!! We ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 of them toasted , all of them had a lot of veggies . When I went to pick them up , ( first issue ) the man working was out in front of the building smoking. He walked inside behind me and NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS!!!! But, my sandwiches were already made so I just prayed his hands were clean. When I got the bag it felt cold. Now, with two toasted sandwiches, I expected to feel some sort of heat . But there wasn’t any. I asked the man if he toasted two of them and he looked at me sharply and said he toasted them. I figured they may of been sitting a bit so I would just re heat them. I get home and open the sandwiches, NOT A SINGLE ONE WAS TOASTED, in fact all 4 sandwiches were bread/meat/cheese.. that’s it !!!! None of the veggies/sauces were put on the sandwiches, the two that were supposed to be toasted we’re in fact not, and the two spicy Italians barely had meat on them!!! I was livid! I took pictures/videos of what I received and took them back up to the store . When I walked in , there was an employee sitting waiting on her ride and he was outside smoking AGAIN. He asked what was wrong , And when I told him he didn’t put anything on the sandwiches or toast the ones he said he did, he got mad and said “ that’s not possible , I put everything on them” and walked off . The sweet girl that was waiting on her ride got behind the counter and apologized profusely and made or sandwich’s correctly. I don’t know how he believes he made them correctly or why he thought it was ok to treat/talk to a customer the way he did . If it weren’t for the young lady stepping in to correct his mistake I would of left the sandwiches and done a chargeback with my bank....

Wish I could do more than one star. I ordered through Grub Hub because I was unable to get to store myself. I ordered a total of six sandwiches. When order arrived, one footlong was missing.other sandwiches were poorly made, mayo, and dressing every where. I called and asked for a refund because I was unable to get to store to pick up other footlong. I was told they only do that if Inbring in food. I explained I cant bring in something I dont have requested a manager, after 2 hrs no response, called back and requested acting manager, she couldnt talk. Asked for everyone's names, was told they coAsked for name or contact of whoever head person was, they refused to give info to me. He...

The young black girl was trying her best I ordered three footlong sandwiches and her manager or other employee was standing there with a clipboard starring at it and this poor girl was struggling and needed help but she ignored her the only thing she said was don't touch these paper towels on the counter they are sanitizing wipes I should of ask why or left and charged my mind but a young black man came in and she jumped right over there eager to help I said wow since I had to leave my car running because I just got it jumped off I could have used that help but anyway I left the young girl a $5 dollar tip but won't go back subway isn't worth $50 for...
