Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Prattville

I've been meaning to try this place for quite some time and I finally did. I'm so glad I did! My first reaction when entering was, Wow! It immediately gave me an inviting feeling. The staff of ladies all welcomed me with a warm sincere greeting. Everyone seemed geniunly happy to be employed there. I wasn't too sure what I wanted from their menu, but several very sweet ladies behind the counter helped me to decide. Service was fast and the food was truly remarkable. So fresh and delicious. I had a BLT topped with the best chicken salad Ive ever eaten. The have a vast variety of chicken salad to choose from too. Had a side of tomato bisque that was a perfect compliment to a superb sandwich. And the complimentary cookie was so so good. You can't go wrong here...trust me. It was a real pleasure and I can't say enough about the sweet staff...

Typical for chain. We entered building at 6:30p and they close at 7p. They were obviously prepared to close already and it was obvious they didn't want any more customers. Never said anything to us but we could over hear them sitting and making comments to each other. They took longer because they messed up my order and had to redo it. They locked is in at 7p and had to let is out when we were done. You should expect a customer at 6:59 pm and still be happy to see them. It is fine to prepare to close but you should make customers feel like you aren't even going to start closing until 7p. I have worked in restaurant business and retail most of my life. If you want out at closing time, find a different job cause it is not going to happen in...

When we arrived, I really didn't know what to order. Mary was very patient with us while we were deciding, and even offered certain items to help make our meal even better. She was not able to take my $100 bill because they did not have the change for it at the time, and she held on to my order so i could make change elsewhere. When the order was placed, it took no time for it to be ready. Every bit of our food was made correctly and was wonderful.
