Just moved to West Warwick from Woonsocket, where there was another coffee connection. I door dashed from that one atleast 5x a week cause I was obsessed with peanut butter cup cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls, trying diff smoothies or protein shakes everytime and my husband loved one of their wraps… I’m really sad this coffee connection doesn’t have nearly as many options and only have the wrap he liked and one of the protein shakes I loved. I door dashed a brownie and an açaí smoothie and the toast with almond butter and strawberries that I thought looked really good but the brownie was hard and didn’t feel fresh even tho it was mid morning, and the smoothie and toast didn’t taste too great and actually didn’t finish either… I do love the stiff jab tho and wish the açaí and pitaya bowls weren’t so expensive or had more fruit added in the pitaya than just the two… please add more options to the menu, idk how the s’mores cookies sell but the Woonsocket shop was always sold out of the peanut butter cup cookies if I didn’t order before 10/11am, maybe take things out that aren’t selling too good and add things that are customer favorites at other locations.. just a suggestion, not trying to be rude or run ur place lol but hopefully one day I won’t have to drive to Woonsocket and wait half hour in line.. would love to just DoorDash...
Read moreMy first time at this coffee shop. The ambiance was nice, a little cramped, but cute. I didn’t have breakfast, I only ordered an Americano. I didn’t love the taste of it, it’s a pretty easy drink to make but I found it to be weak. I did add oat milk to it, but have done this before at other places and not an issue. My other observation is that prices are not displayed. It’s a pretty extensive menu and for there not to be prices is pretty inconvenient. The reason we were given was that the prices change and the manager doesn’t want to climb up there to change the prices. Do they change that often? Even if that is the reason, not the most professional thing to say to a customer. In the end, I think that effort could be made to make it easier for the customers, not necessarily the manager. Read moreI’ve never ordered from here and probably never will, I’ve been doing Doordash and Ubereats for over a year now, and every single order comes with an excessive wait time. Today, the employees were very busy per usual, but they were taking care of all of the walk-in customers and none of the rideshare deliveries as they were a corner of us waiting for orders. I spoke up and asked about my order, however there were others, specifically a woman who was there long before me and when she finally asked about one of the orders, she was rudely spoken to and given attitude as if she were me asking. We understand they are busy, but there needs to be a balance. We weren’t rushing them we were just asking where the orders were because we see the walk ins coming in and out and the corner was getting more packed with delivery drivers, potentially causing a safety hazard.
