Pizzeria Gusto — Restaurant in Providence

Truly amazing restaurant unlike any others.. In today's world people are suffering financially and trying very hard to stay afloat.. I have never experienced a restaurant Soo caring and understand.. My wife and I are struggling financially and after paying all our bills we through we have enough to splurge on 7 pieces of Mozzarella sticks and of course she gets the most because I love her, anyhow, my account only ha 10 bucks in it and the food and delivery cost almost 13 dollars and my account only had 10 dollars in it. We where soo disappointed because we were soo hungry.. my wife is very ill with cancer and she can't work so I pay everything.. anyhow the gentleman called me back from the restaurant and said that they will bring be the mozzarella sticks just to me and let me know that I can pay the $2 next time.. there is none better than this place.. We will definitely make this place our only restaurant we deal with and will spread the news.. God bless...

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I actually called in an order thinking I was calling a different pizza shop much closer to my house—but they’re 25 minutes away. Instead of canceling or complaining, they went out of their way to deliver anyway.

The delivery driver was friendly and right on time, despite the extra distance. The food itself was excellent— still hot, fresh, and delicious. The calzone had a great crust with just the right amount of toppings, and the salad and grinder we ordered were perfect too.

It’s rare to find service this accommodating these days. They turned what could have been an awkward situation into a really positive experience. I’ll absolutely be ordering from them again (on purpose this time !) for pickup. Highly recommended for both the quality of the food and the outstanding...

I went there and they had 2 customers sitting at the front counter with masks off and eating. Very unsafe!! Especially for me. I was nervous going in. You all know how small the place is and there's no great air circulation either.

I did, however, notice that kitchen staff are safe behind a large plexi divider. I like their food. I was never fond of their customer service, but not important to be an issue when the food was good.

But this - and I'm not an alarmist and out and about regurlarly, was selfish and unsafe. When i told the woman behind the counter that the people at the counter were without masks she did nothing.

This is a disregard for the customer , at least this customer, so i won't be back until i feel they've showed me...
