First of all Placed an online order at 120pm for a chicken Caesar wrap it didn’t come until almost 230pm the wrap literally has no chicken on it i called to inform them of the error when the worker literally says i put chicken on it i told the guy who answered the phone it’s no reason to lie about a wrap there’s no chicken on it he says ma’am you don’t need to call back with your attitude at this point just go head issue the refund and i will nevvvvvverrrrr be back to this jimmy John’s again not to mention the pop...

What a disappointing change in this once good place.

■Mainly a drive through, so only a couple parking spaces, however, you could use any of the spaces near Walmart etc. ■Food is good. ■Staff are fine, hit or miss with attitude/knowledge. ■They don't accept anything above a $20 bill. 😕 I understand to a certain degree, however, it's still not cool refusing legal tender. Oh well 🤷🏼‍♂️

Ordered two #15 on wheat. This location is the best in the area. We go there intentionally. But this time, the sandwich was basically a vegetarian sandwich. Both had 4 cucumbers, 4 tomatoes, 4 slices of cheese, and a large pile of lettuce. The tuna this time looked more like a spread. It was a quarter inch thick. Terrible. We will still go there, but we will not have her make our sandwich. We had problems with this...
