Despite loving food from most Rancheritos, they always have the same issue... consistency. Despite me going to many Rancheritos across Utah. Never have I seen rolled tacos with lettuce and no cheese. This location has sloppy work and no care for making a consistently good product. Update: I thought I’d give them a second chance as my dinner option. I ordered two carne asada fries burritos and 3 rolled tacos with guacamole and cheese. Once again they give me rolled tacos drenched with lettuce and lettuce water. When I call to get a refund on just the tacos, they guy who answered said “I’ll have to talk to my boss to see if he WANTS to give you a refund”. The inconsistency with food quality is just horrible, and their staff don’t know their own menus.

Just went through the drive through. I ordered two beef and cheese burritos. I told the grumpy man that took my order that I only wanted beef and cheese in them. When I got home, there was not just beef and cheese, there was tomatoes, onions, peppers, etc in it. It was also VERY soggy. The picture is of my boyfriend holding the burrito that was leaking juice all over as you can see how soggy it is🤢 But at the same time, the beef was so dry, it was hard to chew. For a nursing student, spending money on eating out is already hard to do. Then on top of that, having it be gross, even worse:( You would think for an authentic mexican restaurant, they would know their stuff but I guess not.

FIVE STARS. Let me tell you a story: I saw a friend eating a huge, tasty-looking burrito this morning and asked her where she got it — Racharitos! So tonight I came to see what it was all about and got a Carnitas Burrito. It is excellent! I was first impressed by the speed of service! It was less than 5 minutes. Next by the SIZE the burrito (I struggled to finish it) also by the quantity and quality of the pork. I’m no expert on “authentic Mexican Cuisine” but I do know when something is delicious! I felt like the amount of food was generous given the price! (Under $8) and the salsa bar is my favorite in Provo! No complaints. Not one!

Rancheritos is an absolute gem in every sense! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and a genuine desire to make my dining experience exceptional. Their dedication to accommodating special diets is truly commendable. As a vegan, I was thrilled to find a wide variety of options that not only catered to my dietary preferences but also burst with flavor. Just ask for a veggy burrito without cheese and cream, and you will be in for a treat.

The staff at Rancheritos are a shining example of top-notch customer service. They took the time to understand my preferences and even offered suggestions to make my meal even better. The kindness and attentiveness of the team made me feel welcome and valued.

The food at Rancheritos is a feast for the senses. Each dish is a testament to their commitment to quality ingredients and authentic flavors. Whether you're craving traditional Mexican fare or looking for something with a unique twist, Rancheritos has it all. Their ability to create custom items based on dietary needs sets them apart as a restaurant that truly cares about its patrons.

Beyond the food and service, the ambiance at Rancheritos is inviting and comfortable. Whether you're dining in or taking your meal to go, the restaurant's vibrant atmosphere adds to the overall experience.

In summary, Rancheritos is more than just a restaurant – it's an oasis of flavor, hospitality, and genuine care for its customers. If you're seeking a dining destination where your dietary needs are met with a smile and your taste buds are treated to a fiesta of flavors, Rancheritos is the place to be. Every visit is a reminder that exceptional food and exceptional service go...

I was excited to find out that we had a restaurant that was open 24 hours near the plant where I'm HR. We have a 3rd shift and we like to feed them at times and it was great to have a hot food option. I first tried to get information off their web site so I put in a request. No Response. I then drove over and talked to them in person. They needed to talk to the owner about what I needed. They did return my call and we worked out a deal and how it would work best for both of us. Then I called the day of to remind them and I was a bit concerned as the person I talked to acted like they knew nothing but said we could call after 10pm to give a final count of how many meals and the drinks. When we tried calling after 10pm they wouldn't answer the phone and take our order. We had to go in person to place the order then the deal that was made ahead of time wasn't honored. Something that could have turned in to a continual business in the middle of the night for this restaurant, I will be looking for different options in the future. This place was too hard to work with and didn't honor their agreement. Very...
