Wailoaloa shaved Icecream — Restaurant in Provo

I didn’t get a good experience with this place. The ice wasn’t shaved it was chunky. The syrups didn’t taste good and didn’t taste like the flavors. I had fresh fruit on top and got peaches and they were brown it was very unpleasant. I was hoping for a better experience with the food. We got a free ice cream and we asked for Oreos on top. Well the ice cream was one of those cups you can buy from the grocery store and the Oreos weren’t real ones they were off brand. The service was good and the girl was very nice and kind.

Update: the owners were very kind to make it up to me. Unfortunately I was unable to stop by again this summer but I’m hoping at some point we will be able to give them another chance. The owner was very kind and patient and seems to take pride in what they do. I give them a 3 star for right now until I’m able to honestly review...

They Staff was so accommodating for FSY youth who couldn't cross the street/leave campus, coming to us and taking our orders and then making it and bringing it over to us. Lots of great flavors and large serving! Plenty of flavor was on the shaved ice so there wasn't any plain ice. The staff was super friendly!...

Delicious! I was excited to try the shaved ice cream and it didn’t disappoint! My daughter got the strawberries and cream and I got the Oreo madness. My mom and son both got regular shaved ice varieties and both loved the flavors and soft shaved ice. Fabulous customer service and very friendly....
