Iâve been coming to this store for a while now, and i finally decided today 7/7/21 to download their app. This establishment has posted a sign that states download their app and get your $3 off your 1st order $2 off your 2nd order with $10 + orders. And they didnât honor what they have posted in their store.
Overall all my visits have been good not great but good. The other day my smoothie was to watery and they replaced it and made it much thicker.
And i am very Thankful that Team Jamaba Juice can make my smoothie the way I think it should be thick not watery.
I got a response from the owner of this establishment. And it wasnât a response that i would expect from the owner or from a general manager of a corporation. I would think that a company that is under the Roark umbrella which ownâs other companies like Buffalo Wild Wings and Arbyâs would respond more accordingly.
Message to the owner;
I would highly recommend that the sign you have posted in your establishment come down immediately and to have the staff train more.
I wonder if Companies that are under the Lettuce Corporation would respond much better.

Once I was recommended something and didnât enjoy it, other times it wasted good besides this last time. I ordered a pitaya bowl and there were maybe 3 people ahead of me already waiting when I walked in and they ended up waiting like 10 mins. Mine came soon after so thatâs good I thought I might need to wait another 5-10 minutes. The reason I gave a one star is because I got food poisoning after eating this. It was the last thing I ate that evening and that night I had all the signs of food poisoning and couldnât sleep. Itâs been over 24 hours and still my stomach trying to cleanse itself. I got only part of my order given to me and I was waiting for the rest when Iâve seen it just standing there without calling out anyone. Their demeaner seemed unprofessional and careless, and disorganized. So they probably were making their smoothies that way too, itâs too sad I had to give this review because I usually just let it go and donât report these things. But since this is a health issue it needs to be addressed. I love Jamba Juice and will still have it just not at this location, after I get over my experience. I hope this...

I arrived and there was a young female employee wiping the metal counter and not all that well. I have never seen this store look so filthy. I wasn't greeted by this same employee, but she goes and gets...what I think may have been a manager. Also very young and seemed frazzled. She assumed what my order was, yet could not locate it. Started to make a new one. I had to stop her. As the ingredients she was placing in the blender were incorrect.
