I've been coming here for many years, my wife and I enjoy the food and the retro atmosphere. I felt compelled to write this review after my experience the other evening. On Tuesday, I made reservations for Friday. I confirmed the reservation on Friday afternoon and they said I was all set for 7pm. My friend and I were seeing an 8 pm show at UPAC and wanted to enjoy a pizza (which is always great) before the show. When we arrived at 6:50 the place was full. I told the server I had reservations for 7. The server told me I would be seated at the next available table. I was confused that there wasn't a table ready since I made a reservation. Like I stated I've been here many times and have seen that tables are reserved with a sign on the table so I felt confident we would be accommodated accordingly. Boy was I wrong. I asked our server to put in an order for a pie thinking that when we got seated it would be ready so we could eat and be on time for the show. We were finally seated around 7:40 and waited for our pizza. We noticed that people who arrived after us were already enjoying there dinner while we still waited. We inquired a few times only to be told that they can only cook so many pizzas at one time. Our server kind of spun it around and seemed to be annoyed by us. We finally got our pizza and ate it at a forced pace knowing we were losing time. We were late for the show and missed several songs from the band we came to see. Why make reservations here if you can't accommodate them? We will think twice about coming here again after the unacceptable service we received that...

Read moreYou walk into a basement pretty much. They have their tables separated by plastic dividers. Which is nice so that each person has their own little privacy but you could see through the dividers. This was my first time here and I heard so many great things about their pizza and the thin crust so, my husband and I decided to have a date night and go to this place. We ordered the appetizer of the fried calamari it was a bit chewy. I got a Caesar salad which was good, I ordered the chicken parm meal and my husband ordered a grandma pie. The grandma pie came out and did not look like a grandma pie with the piece of fresh mozzarella and basil it look like a normal cheese pie I had to ask if this was the grandma pie. The crust was so thin it was like eating it on pita bread there was no crust, if you know what I mean. I like to have a thin crust pizza but I like to have a little crust. This had no crust at all. It was not as tasty as everybody made it sound the thin crust pizza or maybe it just wasn't my husband or mine taste. Maybe you need to try it for yourself but this place only get one 🌟 from me everybody that reads my blogs knows that I am a food critic. Oh and the chicken parm was good but, it still only gets a one-star from me because we specifically went there for the pizza I just so happened got chicken parm...
