I was greeted by a very friendly young lady (blond) wearing a name tag that read "Steveā She asked me my name ... I provided it. she came back to advise me my order did not go through. I immediately became defensive as I knew I had $7.40 in my acct! I ask if I could just pay for it and leave. She advise me there is a process to follow- and I certainly did not have time for this process. I showed her my bank transaction to confirm the moneys were taken out... Eventually I got so upset I ask for a manager. The manager came over I explained my situation and he clarified for me the ORDER did not come through not the FUNDS he then went to check on why. The manager called a special number and came back to advise me they had nothing for me- he confirmed the location I called I confirmed it was that location and again advised him the name on the order - He went to the pick-up counter... there was my order. He came back over and said the order was under Christina Vickie, I said "That's why I told them when I first walked in!" I grabbed my order and left the store. I happened to still be on the phone with my daughter (Bluetooth) at the time who immediately said " You never said Christina" I argued with her that I did indeed as I recall when ordering from my office phone they confirmed my co-workers name(base on previous orders) she said "no you did not- I never once heard you say the name Christina until a few seconds ago!" So I owe the manager- and more importantly the female employee with the name tag "Steve" a HUGE APOLOGY- I hope the company reads these post and forwards my apology on to her. Its lunch rush hour so the HABIT was very busy - I will hold off on calling until later this evening - hopefully I will speak to the girl with the name tag "Steve" in person- I really do apologize again - I Hope I did not...

I ordered for curbside pickup online, and at the end of the order chose 7:30 as my pickup time which was 25 minutes after the current time of my order placement. I showed up a few minutes late having mistakenly gone to the wrong address. When I arrived, I followed the link that had been texted to me, letting them know I had arrived. I proceeded to wait for 10 minutes (so its now 7:44), after which I decided to call them to find out what was going on (I had my baby in the car and didn't want to bring her inside unnecessarily). When I finally got through on the phone, which was difficult as well, I was placed on hold for several minutes and then told my order was just now ready. At 7:48. I ordered at 7:05, and chose a pickup time of 7:30. When my food finally arrived to the car, I asked the employee to please wait while I checked to make sure everything was there. Lo and behold, they forgot the chicken bites for my daughter. The employee, Hunter, didn't believe me and put his hands into my bag of fries, touching everything to look for them but they still weren't there! I then asked him to please get two fresh fries that hadn't been touched all over by someone and the chicken bites. He basically started arguing with me about how I shouldn't be mad that I had been waiting over 20 minutes by that point because they do the best they can, and well what do I expect placing it only 10 minutes before 7:30? (I had placed it 25 minutes before). They did eventually bring me my food, but I will never be a patron of this establishment again, and hope others heed my warning of the horrible customer service you will receive if you go. Very late with my order, unprofessional and sarcastic, and Hunter should definitely find a job that does not have to do with...
