Rancho Steve's Pizza — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

Wondering if new management Service has gone down hill Ordered large order online multiple Multiple pizzas to feed group because prior mgmt was good food good service.

Said would be ready at 415 Arrived 15 min after and seems didn’t even start the order (took the money online , didn’t make or start to make the food)

Used to use extensively, and work for large organization that has lots of choices

Would take your business elsewhere; seems the new owners don’t care about quality or service

Had to wait half an hour (when left work to pick up the hundreds of dollars of food, that app said was ready ) . And no offer to take off cost of it, or apology that didn’t make it!!!! Incredible!!! Read some of the low rating ones these jive with what I saw. No hair masks at food establishment; bad smell on entry. , what in the world!!!!! Wish the county public health saw this. Way different experience , will now AVOID.

Stay away from this pizza store! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any food place. The woman at the front desk (an older lady with glasses) was extremely rude, unprofessional, and absolutely unhygienic. She had no manners in dealing with customers and even walked into the kitchen with dirty hands. That is beyond disgusting.

No matter how good a pizza might taste, customers will never return if the staff is rude and the hygiene is this bad. Respect, cleanliness, and proper behavior should come before anything — but here, you get none of that.

Management seriously needs to rethink who they put at the front desk and near food. Until that happens, avoid this place at all costs if you care about your health, your food, and...

So, I went to this place for lunch with my coworkers today and I ordered Miso chicken veggie pasta. I waited for 15 minutes to get my order at my table. The food I was expecting was very disappointing and too oily. This place wasn’t even busy and didn’t the workers owner adhering to food safety guidelines without any uniforms no gloves handling the food. Then, I went to use the restroom and there was no toil paper or handwashing soap. My coworkers didn’t like their pizzas that they ordered from the buffet which looked miserable food. Never going there again. Sorry for having bad taste...
