Are you kidding me? I was very disappointed. I ordered the brisket sandwich, the meat was very dry, they ran out of barbecue sauce. They ran out of tuna. There was a lot of items that they ran out of. If you own a restaurant and it's on your menu. You should have the items, including the barbecue sauce. The owner was sitting 2 tables behind he heard us talking about my sandwich and how bad it was. I was very surprised and shocked at his response. 3 1/4 of the way through my sandwich, he offered to go to the store and get barbecue sauce. I declined. Then he offers me a three dollar coupon. We looked at each other, like really, 15 dollar sandwich. And you give me a three dollar coupon. I've been in business for 32 years.I've owned my own business. You only get one opportunity for a first chance. I used to go here regularly and have their chicken pablono soup. But lately that hasn't been any good either. I will not spend 15.00 on a meal that is horrible. He should've reimbursed me my sandwich or gave me a coupon of buy one, get one free. Instead, he just placated me. Horrible response from the owner. I won't be going back, and I will let everybody know my experience so it doesn't happen to them.
Let's see if he makes it right. Treating people like this will only get your business closed. It's just a matter of time.
The owner says he tried to make it right when he really didn't he? Offered me barbecue sauce after I was done with my sandwich, of which they should have had.It's on the menu.They should have told me they were out of it, but they were out of so many things. He offered me a $3 coupon. When I came in, I went online and I came in with a three dollar coupon, so he really gave me nothing.

The moment I walked in the door with my friend a woman working named Jessica rudely told me to shut the door as it was raining and cold. I shut the door and go to order as it’s just me and my friend. I don’t ask for much just a breaded bowl of clam chowder. You know the one where it’s a decent size bread bowl with clam chowder inside. HOW ITS ALWAYS BEEN AT EVERY LOCATION IVE GONE TO. They bring me out a bread cut inside for me to pour out the soup, which was watery by the way, and then when I asked why the presentations like this, Jessica 🥞 rudely again told me that that’s what I ordered went which was in fact not correct and I asked her to correct it a few times too, and she continue to do whatever she pleased. She even told me that I ordered bread on the side with my soup. I go to make a complaint to get a refund and I let another woman working there that the bread was too hard and soup was watery. The woman gave me a hard time and the description she gave her manager over the phone stating that I said I want the refund bc of the complaint with Jessica and that I said the bread was bitter. Read moreI came in for some lunch on my break at 7pm on Saturday February 17th. The guy working was alone and seemed irritated I walked in. I ordered and asked to add avocado, which was extra. I stumbled over my words a bit as I talked and I noticed him roll his eyes at me. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day and kept it moving. I paid, tipped and waited. I got my sandwich and went back to my job to eat. I was charged for the extra avocado but there was none on my sandwich. By the time I realized my receipt was in the sourdough and co trash can because I didn’t plan on coming back since I was limited on time due to my lunch. The main reason for my review is the attitude and customer service. The missing avocado stung but it wouldn’t have made me want to leave a review but it was the nail in the coffin.
