Luckily was fast I showed up about 7:11pm_1/06/21. . Took the drive thru order. They made mistake on my drink, but looked it up realized they also put coffee in the Frappuccino i ordered chestnut crambulei i didn't kno but i figured im going to go through long night why not be ok instead of making them remake it, i also ordered a warm sandwich when making payment, the young brown hair girl low ponytail scans. Less than a min i see one of the other employees bringing her my sandwich meanwhile she is taking the car after me order so i one that was mine next to her ready to hand it over. For some odd reason she does grab my sandwich( I was thinking she is about to give it to me)then walks over to that oven spot where they heat any warm food i figured maybe the lady who hand it over to her might of not did good job@it. But instead realizing the conversation the employees where having was so great (obvious can tell by the body language she had such great laughter along w/her team, that she practically took my sandwich for small joy walk &only guessing from my observation the talk was done) she gets finally gets close to the window &yes its good w/a smile that is always expected. Everything was ok except for that unnecessary joy walk w/my sandwich already done. went thru the drive thru asking for just a cup of water- they said they were closed- HELLO? will an act of kindness such as a cup of water lead to the company’s bankruptcy?? seriously? i was appalled, and then she had the audacity to explain that the new company policy about making a purchase for water (and i was totally willing to make a purchase) i told her that’s okay i’ll make a purchase and then she went on to repeat that they were closed. . . i was seriously having a bad day, i had just gotten off a rough shift in retail, i was dehydrated and was really hoping to get some water, but instead i was turned away, seriously starbucks this is how you treat your customers? the employee had absolute no empathy whatsoever, i’m not sure who she was, but she was working on saturday and this happened at around 10:20 ish at night. she was very rude to turn away a customer, doesn’t starbucks want to treat their customers with kindness as to make them want to return? well i’m not returning at night that’s for sure, their are plenty of other baristas at different locations that are a lot friendlier than she was. logan from this location however is a total sweet heart- he took my order the other day and made me feel so welcomed. compliments to him, and for the other girl, i hope her manager gets to talk to her about...

Listen, if you work you need to pay attention. Ther eis no reasoin to chit chat about other things, your mind is febal and small, obviously... You guys forget things, you don't bag things, you are always making mistakes, that is not normal on Earth and in life. Take a moment, think for 1 time in life, practice thinking and doing the right thing. Try to do what the customer wants, if they order a HOT drink, don't keep making cold drinks. You know you have been doing for 10 years at least. STOP WASTING time and resources. You guys are ALL acting very LOW vibration, you are acting very selfish when you are so lazy to do your job right. But when pay day is here you are the first to want your check, the check you didn't even really earn. So again I ask you to work smart and hard, It's just drinks after all, hot or cold. It's not that hard to read a label is it. This will save time, money and not give people like me a bad attidude becasue you can't even include my drink in the bag. Then you expect me to leave and come pick it up again? So you dont' do your job right, and your corporation has to pay fo rit an dI have ot pay for it.... This is so ridiculous.
