This place was over-hyped. I waited over an hour and still didn't get my slice. Their service system is terrible, they give priority to pizza orders and leave their in store slice customers waiting for ridiculous amounts of time. They leave the slices sitting half cooked so even though you show up and it looks like the slice is ready they still have to wait for the oven to be free in order to warm your slice up which could take forever. It also takes them a long time to get new slices available since they have to wait for the oven to be available, so if you're there for a peperoni slice and all they have is cheese, you'll be having cheese. The servers always seem to be in a frenzy and it shows on their faces, it appears to be an understaffing issue since the same guy taking my order ran over to wash dishes and then ran over to check on pizzas. If your looking to have a fun night out and a quick slice of fresh Pizza afterwards don't come to Fratelli's. Also don't come on a night where they are using their party room because you will definitely never get served. My recommendation is that they get another oven in order to tend to both orders and slices in a timely manner. To be fair I tried them 3 different times with several weeks in between hoping they would get it right and they messed up every time in the same ways. Until this is fixed I won't be coming in again and I must say, I was sorta looking forward to Redding having a "New York" style slice place. If you are ordering out I'm not sure what that experience is like so disregard...

For somebody who avoids down town Redding like the plague, I'm now lured in by the great Fratelli's Pizza. Finally a pizza by the slice place with a laid back atmosphere. Sitting in a industrial building admiring the 80's atmosphere, I almost expect to be over run by swarms of man bun hipsters and yet I am not. My frosted mug of root beer and I are in harmony and I am grateful this great establishment has come to be. The workers have really created something unique. I get a feeling of childhood nostalgia, similar to places where I attended childhood birthday party's in decades past. Arcade games, paintings, etc... The staff are very nice people and have a very sincere way about them, so different from mechanical franchise mentality we see so much of these days. Also a friend of mine mentioned they import their flower from Italy, no wonder the crust is so good. Thank you Fratelli's for being...

Ground was covered with some sort of hard wood, no dirt anywhere. Running water was available (no well) which was a nice upgrade, but I asked for a manual dressing pump and the nice young lady told me that such a product did not exist. The walls seem sturdy, with a good foundation, I'd wager at least 8.5 on the Richter magnitude, and although the many paintings might fall, I think the televisions are bolted on the brickwork pretty solid there. There was an ample supply of chairs (I took 3) and the leg room was more than adequate so I kicked out an extra half a foot. The incessant smell of pine needles caused me to leave prematurely, but I would absolutely return if my dog ever gets loose again and runs down the street while I'm getting ready for a big meeting with a lawyer. Oh, I'm told they also serve pizza, but you know my ethical concerns about reviewing anything Italian or...

Love it! I might have been able to give it five stars if the beer was colder. It was excellent pizza and the salad bar had a good selection, but many of the toppings were below 1/4 full. The lettuce was excellent and having 3 huge bowls mage it look very inviting. Overall, it was a nice, clean atmosphere with families and kids enjoying a modern pizza place with 'hip' music. The arcade was a nice touch- keeping the ol pizza landmark feel in many aspects.I am looking forward to seeing some locals on the stage. The new owners are giving Redding what it needed- pizza by the slice! Although it didn't look appetizing on the racks(it wasn't cooked), it was truly amazing tasting pizza. Best of all, only saw one zombie! ;) Update 6-25: boot much difference but it's busy and here to stay.

We moved to Redding CA from the WNY area. Land of really good NY style pizzas. We tried a number of places in Redding…unfortunately none came close to what we were used to. Until we found Fratellis! Delicious pizzas with a nice thin crust, great taste and char on the crust and perfect pizza sauce. Some great varieties - we like the Fonze. It has become our one and only place to get a pizza in Redding. They are closed on Sundays and my wife and I have a tradition of “Pizza in the Park”. I messaged Brandon (owner) and asked if they could “half bake” a pie on Saturday. He said, no problem. I picked it up Saturday night. Baked in on Sunday before we headed to Whiskytown Lake - and had a delicious pizza “in the park”! Great people, great pizzas. (Salad bar is pretty good as well!!!).

Went in with my daughter for lunch and got a bullseye pizza she was not a fa of it as she is a picky eater but I liked it a lot so I sent her to the counter to order a slice of pep and the owner ( I believe) was so nice to her he let her have the pep for free he was so awesome. Besides the staff the all around place was just a great place they had games for kids and adults as well as a place for live entertainment we highly recommend giving them a try
