This place was over-hyped. I waited over an hour and still didn't get my slice. Their service system is terrible, they give priority to pizza orders and leave their in store slice customers waiting for ridiculous amounts of time. They leave the slices sitting half cooked so even though you show up and it looks like the slice is ready they still have to wait for the oven to be free in order to warm your slice up which could take forever. It also takes them a long time to get new slices available since they have to wait for the oven to be available, so if you're there for a peperoni slice and all they have is cheese, you'll be having cheese. The servers always seem to be in a frenzy and it shows on their faces, it appears to be an understaffing issue since the same guy taking my order ran over to wash dishes and then ran over to check on pizzas. If your looking to have a fun night out and a quick slice of fresh Pizza afterwards don't come to Fratelli's. Also don't come on a night where they are using their party room because you will definitely never get served. My recommendation is that they get another oven in order to tend to both orders and slices in a timely manner. To be fair I tried them 3 different times with several weeks in between hoping they would get it right and they messed up every time in the same ways. Until this is fixed I won't be coming in again and I must say, I was sorta looking forward to Redding having a "New York" style slice place. If you are ordering out I'm not sure what that experience is like so disregard...

Sitting in a industrial building admiring the 80's atmosphere, I almost expect to be over run by swarms of man bun hipsters and yet I am not. My frosted mug of root beer and I are in harmony and I am grateful this great establishment has come to be. The workers have really created something unique. I get a feeling of childhood nostalgia, similar to places where I attended childhood birthday party's in decades past. Arcade games, paintings, etc... The staff are very nice people and have a very sincere way about them, so different from mechanical franchise mentality we see so much of these days. Also a friend of mine mentioned they import their flower from Italy, no wonder the crust is so good. Thank you Fratelli's for being...
Read moreGround was covered with some sort of hard wood, no dirt anywhere. Running water was available (no well) which was a nice upgrade, but I asked for a manual dressing pump and the nice young lady told me that such a product did not exist. The walls seem sturdy, with a good foundation, I'd wager at least 8.5 on the Richter magnitude, and although the many paintings might fall, I think the televisions are bolted on the brickwork pretty solid there. There was an ample supply of chairs (I took 3) and the leg room was more than adequate so I kicked out an extra half a foot. The incessant smell of pine needles caused me to leave prematurely, but I would absolutely return if my dog ever gets loose again and runs down the street while I'm getting ready for a big meeting with a lawyer. Oh, I'm told they also serve pizza, but you know my ethical concerns about reviewing anything Italian or...
