LIT From Within — Local services in Redding

First of all, LIT From Within is the coolest one stop shop for self care, I have pretty much done everything on the list! I am obsessed with the classes, the staff, the vibe, everything is amazing. I have to give the biggest shoutout to the BEST DANG DEAL this wonderful place is offering... THE ORGANIC SPRAY TAN. I had my spray tan done last Thursday for a wedding I was in last Saturday. Jaz spent so much time detailing everything and making sure I looked like a bronzed goddess. Not too dark, not too light, just custom and perfect! It is now 9 days later and I'm still rocking this tan! Pay attention to the pre and post care recommendations and your tan will last and be gorgeous for much longer than most! Also, as someone who HATES overpowering scents, and needs good ventilation, she has it dialed in. There was no issues for me breathing while getting the spray tan, it was extremely well filtered and ventilated. Its organic, and good for your skin, I will never not go anywhere else for a spray tan.. Lastly, I got my teeth whitened and they looked sparkly and gorgeous too! Love this place and...

Getting back into dance at Lit From Within has been such a gift. After taking a couple of years off following having kids, I truly feel like I’ve found a part of myself again. The classes - whether it’s dance, Buti, yoga, or breathwork - are all led by an incredible, empowering group of humans who make you feel supported, strong, and inspired every time you walk in.

The studio itself is gorgeous - clean white walls, beautiful marble touches, and bright wood floors - but what really sets the mood are the colorful lights that shift with the energy of the class. It’s such a vibe, and it instantly gets everyone in the moment and connected to the music and movement.

Beyond the classes, I’ve found such a welcoming community here. It’s not just about fitness - it’s about feeling good in your body and being surrounded by people who lift you up.

And bonus points for their wellness services - the spray tans are the best I’ve ever had, and the red light therapy bed is amazing. Lit From Within is truly a place that feeds your soul...

I have had multiple services from Lit. I started doing the infrared sauna twice a week over a year ago after a car accident. I continue to go twice a week for pain management. This is the only treatment I need. I no longer have to take any pain medication and as an added bonus, it helped regenerate my muscles that atrophied from months of inactivity. The biotherapy feedback chair helped tremendously to release tension, increase my energy and improve my general mood. I have also had 4 treatments of the ultrasound liposuction. I got fantastic results from that and am very happy to report I no longer have a muffin top! Looking forward to getting more of these treatments on my legs right before summer. I have also tried products they have available. I use my body exfoliating glove everytime I shower and I love the glow oil and relax balm. They have become staples in my skincare routine.
