I love the ramen here! I'm addicted to it...lol! Once I tried it the first time I was hooked and I come back at least once a week! Its spicy but I love that! I take mine without the kasoy (ground pork) and just do the pork belly. They serve it with many condiments to add in. My favorite being the pickled jalapenos with some of the pickling juice and a good sprinkle of the tamarind soup powder...that stuff is the bomb! Do try it, I promise you'll love it! I've had the wings here and they're good too. My hubby loves the pho and the cheese burger. The wings and pho can be found on the happy hour menu for $6.50. BTW the ramen isn't on the menu...its a secret menu....just go on in and order it, they'llknow what your asking for. Slurp slurp....enjoy!! 😋😜 Update: I still love their ramen but I need to mention that they seem to be inconsistent with making the soup each time I go in. Which is a bummer. The last time I came in the pork belly was very crunchy and hard instead of soft and tender. It was strange and unappealing. So unfortunately be aware that things may not be always the same when you order this.

The utter dissapointment that overwhelmed me when i received my “meal” could kill a horse. Speaking of horses, this meal is something more akin to livestock feed. EIGHTEEN DOLLARS I paid for this bowl of grass. I was given 7 morsels of edible meat that I sparingly consumed, my great grandmother ate heartier meals during the great depression. Nowhere on the menu did it say salad yet I was handed a bushel of grass. No part of this meal was worth the almost $19 that I put up for it, the salad was just an arugala salad mix from the grocery store with nothing added to it besides a quarter of a diced shallot. The only time I will ever come back to this resturaunt will be to buy feed for my cows. The bowl was made of this flavorless oily particle board that I nearly died eating. Purchasing this meal put me in a financial downfall and perpetually ruined not only my night but my week. Do not come here if you want a decent meal for a decent price, the only thing they know how to fuse is dissapointment and “food”.

Food was really good, flavors were awesome. However our 2 dishes needed more "Fusion Sauce", especially since the sauce is amazing. Tacos with superb tri-tip, good flavors, but more sauce in the side. The Melvin was reportedly good, but the mixing of ingredients inside the burrito was lacking, and again, more sauce! Also had the Mac and Cheese Balls, which were good, but needed salt and the onion rings which also needed salt. The battery on the rings and the cook on the rings was perfect, if a little greasy. Waitress was kind, pleasant, and patient, but also a little inattentive. The atmosphere was a little on the loud side even without customers, and the furniture very broken down. But everything was clean.

This establishment is very unique in regards to what they offer, They indeed live up to their name as you start drooling just by reading the menu, and the perfect execution of fused Asian\American cuisines. Also is a great environment to get together with friends or family and have a cold one together or whatever adult beverage your craving. The uhhhh.....The Fusion Shrimp is like...way ahead of our time, I have to have it every time I visit. Try it and you'll also see why. :) Hell...You know what, If you order that fusion shrimp and for whatever crazy, head scratching reason you don't like it..Screen shot your receipt to me and tell me why for whatever reason you weren't not happy with it and I'll reimburse you for it, no joke, That's how fire those are...

Lastly and most importantly, I gotta Tip my cap to the faction that runs and operates this fine establishment, It's pretty damn rare when the customer service, and I mean each level of them.. Servers,Bartenders and kitchen staff is so phenomenal and welcoming that I found myself starting to feel a little bit guilty... like I didn't deserve such awesome treatment and inviting culture that they have instilled in their lounge, To the point where I wanted to clean my own table and take my dishes back to the kitchen myself since I felt they've already done enough for me, Ya that probably sounds over the top to most but honestly I can't think of another place that caters to their patrons like they do. I knew right away once they announced that they were relocating from the east side of Redding and taking their talents to the heart of Downtown that they were gonna take over and blow up the scene down here and that's exactly what's happening as I type this as well as new menu items they added to an already stellar line-up of offerings and their food portioning is very generous so bring an appetite. So give them a solid look and you will not be disappointed, I even challenged you with an incentive with the "Fusion Shrimp" Who does that? I'm just a regular customer that wants anybody who's maybe still on the fence about trying this place out or just passing through looking for something new I would strongly suggest not sleeping on this place, They have raised the bar(No pun intended) :p and are without a doubt in a league of their own in pretty much all aspects of operation. I'm definitely looking forward to this summer as by then... I hope we're as close to Pre-Covid normalcy as possible and that Fusion can finally dispatch a (FULL SEND)on their indoor dining space and rock max capacity once again!! Don't tell me that an amazing and revolutionary Food menu , Plus a Great selection of Domestic and Imported Brew and they actually have our award winning local brewer (Fall River Brewery) on %#π&$π÷ Tap here!!! offering they're Hexegenia IPA which it doesn't get any better than that and pair all of that with good friends and family, inviting service which is a big understatement and if you want...get down on some organized corn hole tournaments that are set up out back which IMO poses a very fun time all around so I can't wait til that comes back into the fold. I've never once written a review of a Restaurant or any other establishment before so I apologize if I've wrote too much lol But I just felt I had too and to let you guys know this place is awesome and that you can experience what I have, These are my honest and genuine thoughts, I hope this review was helpful. See you there maybe!!

Sorry haha....one last thing, I wouldn't call it "Bar-Food" like some other reviewers, I think that's...

"During my recent visit to this establishment, I found the dining experience to be satisfactory, albeit lacking in aspects that would elevate it to a remarkable status. The food, while competently prepared and presented, did not leave a lasting impression or offer the memorable flavors I had hoped for. Similarly, the ambiance and service, though adequate, did not stand out as exceptional or contribute significantly to a unique dining experience. This establishment presents a solid option for those in search of a decent meal without the expectation of culinary innovation or exceptional service flair. It's a place I wouldn't discourage others from visiting, as it adequately fulfills the basic requirements of a dining venue. However, based on my experience, I believe a three-star rating is appropriate, reflecting its position as a competent, though not outstanding, choice among the myriad of dining options available. This rating is indicative of a satisfactory establishment that meets expectations without...
