Disgusting. The kitchen counters and floors were littered with trash and food stuffs. The staff didn't clean off the prep counter between customers so it had piles of food on it including cheese, salsa, different pieces of meat, etc. The guy checking me out and handing me my food sneezed into his arm three or four times, didn't wash his hands, and then proceeded to touch my food and the cup for my drink. 🤢 The dining area was also dirty, although it was cleaner than the kitchen. I tried to sit in a booth at first, but the moment my jeans made contact with the bench they stuck as if I were sitting on the sticky side of duck tape. Not sure how they got an "excellent" rating from the county, but that needs to be reevaluated.
UPDATE: I reached out to Qdoba with their reference number at their request. It's been 5 days and they have not contacted me back yet.
