QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Redmond

I would give it a zero but the zero doesn't state "Hated it."

1. Call in at 9:40pm to confirm when it closes and what time the latest order can be taken. The blonde lady said it was 11pm.
2. get there around 10:03pm and the doors are locked. The workers in here are OBVIOUSLY ignoring that I'm at the doors. I call in and tell the lady the doors are closed and she ARGUES with me that they are not. She then tells me that she'll be there in just a second when I tell her I'm at the door and it doesn't open. She takes as much time as possible.
3. She's on the phone for several minutes and then peers her out from the back to shake her head..It''s around 10:10pm and the "open" sign is still on.When I left the parking lot around 10:15 pm the open sign was off.

OK, wasn't even inside and...

1. Would have order for pick up if the employee knew when she closed. 2)argues that the doors are not closed.
2. Takes as much time as possible and ignores that there are people in front of the door knocking
3. Doesn't come to the door to say sorry just took as much time to see if I'd leave and then shakes her head from a far like what does that even mean when you tell me you'll open up and you're open till 11 pm?. Come to the door next time and say "sorry,we're closed." She was mega lazy and wouldn't wan the laziest person on the world to make my food anyways..

Get food from a place that considers customer service or even just knows when they close. If they know when they close then you should eat there as a basic criteria to see if the place is actually invested in their restaurant. Disgusting. The kitchen counters and floors were littered with trash and food stuffs. The staff didn't clean off the prep counter between customers so it had piles of food on it including cheese, salsa, different pieces of meat, etc. The guy checking me out and handing me my food sneezed into his arm three or four times, didn't wash his hands, and then proceeded to touch my food and the cup for my drink. 🤢 The dining area was also dirty, although it was cleaner than the kitchen. I tried to sit in a booth at first, but the moment my jeans made contact with the bench they stuck as if I were sitting on the sticky side of duck tape. Not sure how they got an "excellent" rating from the county, but that needs to be reevaluated.

UPDATE: I reached out to Qdoba with their reference number at their request. It's been 5 days and they have not contacted me back yet. I really dislike when companies issue a response to a bad review, especially ones that highlight major issues, but then don't follow up. It just looks like a cheap trick to try to...
