Starbucks — Restaurant in Redmond

I’m giving 5 stars even though my drink was a one-star product. The customer service was nothing short of perfect, and while my drink was absolutely disgusting, I could not take away anything from the crew.

I always get a Trenta Ice Coffee with five White Mocha, half & half, no classic and easy ice. Mine tasted like black coffee with half & half. Even though the drink looked good, it was not. I sipped on it and let the lady know what the problem was. She added more white mocha and added a little more coffee. I thanked her and went out to my car. Once I sipped on it, I got a mouthful of finely ground coffee beans, and the drink was only marginally better and still very sour tasting.

I relented on going back in and being a pest or that problem customer, so I just tossed the $7 drink in the trash can in the parking lot. I don’t like throwing away money. Especially when $7 can also buy you...

My name is Natan. I feel accomplished in many ways. Primarily, I am glad that I had the honor to served our daily customers and new ones at this location. Despite our location having difficulty with staffing, we put our minds together to bring an improved welcoming environment and plans to better assist/serve our customers and team. i was there about 10.12 am today...i ordered a sandwich the guy who took my order was very very rude after taking the order he put my sandwich in the microwave for 30 seconds...after 30 second he took out from microwave and put on the microwave and taking other people orders i waited there 5 mins after i ask the other person that he put my order on the top of microwave.. then other person ask him after he took my sandwich back to me with no words and throw my sandwich like i am begging from him he was very rude i dont know why...its very bad experience today so guys do not go at this location the staff is very...
