Today i order my food on their website and payed for it, to be picked up 1:30 after, and when i got there, there was a huge line, only 10 people inside at a time, door must remain close for COVID19 safety precautions; anyways i waited outside until it was my turn, when i went in my food was not ready. So the boy “cashier” and also servant told me that i had to wait 5 more minutes which end up being 20 more minutes. So i am there watching everything; the boy “cashier” put on gloves to pick up cash and with the same gloves picks up the knife to chopped the teriyaki chicken when he is not in the cash register, so when is time to fill up my “a la cart” items he graves the containers (boxes) and puts his hands —with dirty gloves— inside the container and now i had a problem with that; so i quickly ask this other girl, working there to tell him to use new containers because he had touched those from the in side with contaminated gloves. BUT the girl tells me that is imposible to not do any health violations when there is so many customers. And to add to my embarrassment she stars telling this other customer what i was asking for as if i ask for something unlawful. Instead of taking my side and train this boy (employee) she got defensive and tried to make me feel like a jerk for not wanting food in a contaminated food containers; i am definitely not coming back to this place again. Read moreOnce AGAIN, my order is not correct. I mean I understand the first time but more then once is really me not liking it. C'mon team closing shift, you can be better bc if you don't, you'll be losing customers to another panda. Bc I rather go where i feel I'm going to be taking more serious then just picking my order and pay for something I don't even ask for. The solution is really not to give next meal for free. Bc even when it was for free, what make me guaranteed the mistake won't be repeated. I mean, seriously work your skills better. I understand it can get busy but still not an excuse for multiple errors and always my orders get messed up for dinner. The night shifts/closing team need to do better. I am guessing bc there is no manager at night (I asked if I can speak to a manager and they told me to call during the day), it is the problem. It is sad. But I am a loyal customer and I already give you a second chance by buying food once again here but I want to believe this will change and you'll do your best to keep me happy as a loyal customer and give me what I am paying for ...

Since I had not enough change I paid with 100 dollar bill the cashier told me they had not change but anyway she took the bill and walked to the back after 5 minutes she came back and told me the bill was not fake, so she walked to the back again and after 5 minutes she returned, she opened register and she went back again, after 5 more minutes she finally came back to register again and she told me my total to pay was 12.50 she asked to me two times to round the amount to 13 dollars the 2 times I answered no. Then she yelled at me in Spanish telling me ‘’ lady I cashed your 100 dollar bill so you should round your bill to 13 dollars instead 12.50? One more time I answered no I don’t want to round my bill to 13 and give me my change please.
