Love this place. Has an antique, historically-tire vibe and the bartender was AWESOME. He told us about his experiences and knowledge of all the unique pieces in the bar (like how the cabinets broke down from Virginia City and the chandeliers are from 1930s homes) while he carried easy conversation and made my boyfriend and I excellent drinks with pretty little information about what we tend to like. Happy hour was even better (3-6p including Saturday) and allowed us to walk away with 4 handcrafted cocktails for barely $20. It was easy to leave a good tip and a good review. We will be back!

My wife and I came here at 10p on a Friday night, it was moderately busy but there were still plenty of places to sit. The bartenders are really friendly and are eager to help you find a liqour that is right for you! My wife got a hot buttered rum and I got a reno special (bartender chooses the drink, you choose the alcohol) with a Santa Teresa 1796 rum and we both were impressed with the drinks! A bit on the pricey side, the atmosphere was delightful and the overall energy of the place was great :) Gloomy enough to be goth friendly!

The atmosphere with chandeliers, small tables for romantic talks, or the comfy couch settings for larger groups is amazing. I had the Lavender Lemon Drop, which I highly recommend. It was delicious! The drinks we got had tiny, real dried roses, which added such a great touch! I was so impressed with the Tavern!

we came here to celebrate for uysb reno 2018, but instead we got newly weds included in the theme so that was a bonus for our cheers. . Thanks robert s for the round of drinks . . the inside is defintely cool, fun, lounging, kick back.THey do play loud music, but they have comfy chairs and sofas for you to kick back. This place is great for big groups, but shouting at each other might be a thing because of the loud music. . the drinks here are strong and good. i got myself a white russian since i was still out like at 2am in the morning. A white russian definitely woke me up, it had a good coffee taste but with a strong alcohol at the end of the sip. smooth creamy strong drink for the am or in the night, when you need a wake me up. . overall i had a great experience. congrats tot he newly weds, they were so happy cuz we were all there to celebrate. as well thanks to robert s and donna b for showing us great spots like this is reno, which i prolly wouldn't have known. thanks for reading and have a...
