I had an outstanding experience at this place, and I wanted to share my thoughts. Firstly, the management here is truly amazing, providing the best customer service in town. Their commitment to excellence is evident, making each visit a pleasure. the menu items are exceptional, consistently over delivering on our experience. The flavors of their drinks are vast and amazing, the quality is consistently in par, making it a go-to spot whenever I’m In the state visiting.

I knew this place was gold when me and my family arrived just 3 minutes before closing, and to our surprise, they graciously welcomed us, embracing our business. This level of flexibility and customer-centric approach sets them apart. the staff is highly informative, always ready to provide insights or recommendations. This enhances the overall customer experience, showing a dedication to ensuring customers are well-informed and satisfied.

Our 1st time going to this place and I was so amazed at the service, in shock! The youngest of 3 owners was working the counter area he was amazing, gave us a tour of the menu & photos all the fresh juices and ice creams in the display. He then toured us with great explanation details of the menu and it's items. I must say we've tried a few places of the like and by far lote on a stick was the best and the flavor it just melted in your mouth so good. We sat on tables out front and enjoyed our fruit and banana split too. I was given 3 choices of ice cream or traditional I requested a pineapple sherbet OMG so so good and the salted caramel it was topped with granola, coconut, whip cream sprinkles, & candy, I was in banana split heaven. For the age of the owner he provided a service that was above outstanding!!! Try this place you won't be disappointed. We can't wait to go back and try more items stay tuned for more reviews. Customer service sills are nonexistent. I came with 3 friends. All of us are white except one, who is Hispanic. They were extremely rude and snappy to myself and my other white friends and was only nice to my Hispanic friend. I went and ordered an elote and when the girl asked what hot sauce I wanted, I could not hear her because she was mumbling and when I asked her to repeat herself for a third time she snapped at me and was extremely rude. She was also rude when I asked the difference in sizes for the elotes. Totally understandable why all of these people are saying they have bad customer service skills. Also, the elote was of very poor quality. No flavor and practically just all warm, plain corn. I would highly recommend Mr. Mango in the mall instead.
