I work a full time job and have a 2 year old. When I get off work, I order online to pick up my pizza in the drive thru when I near getting home and picking up my toddler from daycare. To say I depend on the drive thru is an understatement. So when I come there on Halloween, after having placed an online order hoping to pick it up in the drive thru, I saw a sign on their drive thru window saying it was not optional come around. So I try to call to explain my circumstances and the phone goes directly to voicemail!! So now I went from frustrated to angry. I could have gone in and had them walk out, but I was feeling sick and my toddler runs so it wasnt an option. I was hoping I could call and they could bring it out if I parked. So, long story short, I ended up waiting at the drive thru, the tens working in there are STANDING around talking and ignore I'm there. I finally blared my horn and then one came. They got the manager and even the young manager didnt even say sorry or help in any. He was No BETTER than the rest of them. Read moreWe ordered at 530 for it to be ready at 6, but then 20 minutes later we got a voicemail that it wouldn't be ready for an hour. So I tried calling back three different times but they never answered. We assumed they were busy and waited an hour. When we showed up at 710, the store was already closed and cleaned with the employees just standing around waiting for 8 when they could officially lock the doors. There was no one else there picking up food, so we got our order to find out they were missing items on our pizza and the monkey bread we ordered would require another hour to rise before we could cook it. Not all of that was their fault, but they didn't care about the things that were. When we finally got to cook our food, the suggested time was wrong because it ended up burnt.
