Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Richland Township

From the time we were seated, we were "rushed" to complete every service offered . We barely had our drinks when our appetizers were delivered. Then, 1/3 way thru our salads the food started coming - one right after another. There was no room on our small table to accommodate all the food. Our server started asking if we were finished when in fact, we had just begun. The food was very good. At one point, the server was removing dishes when he took the silverware making it impossible to finish the food. Payment - shortly after the main course was delivered, the server brought our bill and said " I'm not rushing you, I'll just place it on the table and get it later". Feeling rushed! We gave the server payment and he took it. He did not bring a receipt. After waiting considerable time for our receipt, I motioned for him and asked for the receipt. He said " I threw it away, but I know how much change you should get". He 'assumed' the remainder of the cash given was his tip so he kept it and threw away the receipt. Not good! Yes Applebees was busy but the service we received was very poor. Thank goodness...

Went tonight to have a date night with my fiance and our son... the server Kenny was great but the food well we ordered the combo appetizer and we asked for no pico in our quesadilla and it came out with it in our son ordered the Mac and cheese which was dry and not really edible... my fiance ordered a steak which she wanted med rare but they cooked it well done... I got the endless wings and the ribblets which I definitely do not recommend the garlic parm It came out so soggy with butter garlic and not one piece of cheese on It and the fries were not edible also the ribblets weren't to bad but when I left I had to find a bathroom asap bc the grease from the garlic wings made me sick to my stomach my whole meal came back up and well it was a waste of money..... I really would think twice about going to this location bc all the other Applebee's didn't have that much problems with making food that was edible and or making the order right the first time..... I'll probably stay away from this location from now on just for the fact we spent almost $100 and had that much problems with...

Stop in last nite under the impression they were open till 2. Totally got the days mixed up! So we arrived an hr b4 closing. Everyone was nice about it and we noticed it was 10 of so we thankfully were done eating and got out for them! I've been in culinary for a long time now so I understand how frustrating it is! My apologies for the late arrival!!! MG Kenny was our waitor! He was so nice to us and table touched an appropriate amount of times with a wonderful smile on his face! Our food was great! Got the famous chix wontons, spinach dip and chix quessa! Only place I'll order spinach dip is from here! Food yah feel good about and employees who value their jobs! Been here several times stretched out thru time and never had an issue with anything here! Which is a huge win for yah guys as it's ran perfectly! Special shout out to everyone who was working last nite as it was perfect! Always looking for a good place to eat when visiting friends! Will return!!! Everyone deserves a pat on the back the hard...
