So as far as reviews go.... the pretzels are always good, the best... if your into pretzels. The service was trash! The young lady taking the orders apparently didn't want to be there from her demeanor and tone. We attempted to order cinnamon bites, and were advised it would take 15 minutes. So we ordered a medium drink and a cup of regular bites, which were already prepared. After paying for the drink and bites, she told me the cinnamon bites where not ready. I told her I didn't order them, and asked if she charged me for them. She told me she asked if I wanted to wait and I said yes. I was confused at this point because that conversation never occurred. I told her I was confused and never ordered the cinnamon bites and as we spoke she turned abruptly to a an apparent supervisor and ordered him to refund the amount, which he did with no questioned asked. Thanks for the refund, but but please work on your costumer service skills. It is clear from some of the other reviews that staff...

If your location states closing is at 7 pm then clean up and closing happens at 7 PM!!! How are you cleaning up and shutting down at 6:15??? This has been an ongoing issue since the new management came on board! Not only that, you all trash your remaining product at the end of the night instead of selling it! You could even sell it at a discount.

If your hours of operation are from 11am-7pm then your team should be prepared to stay their behinds until 8pm to clean up! If not, change your damn hours. You had a customer, in a wheel chair, asking for a regular salted pretzel. You all had 3 plain pretzels left and your employee told the customer she couldn’t add butter and salt because everything had been cleaned! AT 6:15 PM?!?! The rest of us working in the mall stay an hour after closing to clean up. Get your garbage...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. I ordered and paid (or though I did) for pretzels after the manager said it would be about 6 minutes. I waited 20 MINUTES while he served customer after customer after customer. I saw him pull the pretzels out of the oven but he didn't hand me anything. Finally when the line died down he said "your payment didn't go though." Are you kidding me? I asked Are the nuggets ready? He said "no, they burnt." WOW. I said Nevermind and walked away. No communication to me whatsoever about the payment or the pretzels while he made this VERY pregnant lady stand and waste 30 minutes of her day. Dude...
