If I could leave a 0 star rating, I would!!! I've never experienced worse customer service in my life!!!
You should be embarrassed of how you addressed and dismissed your consumers. When I contacted them on Monday, November 8, 2021, to place my purchase, a woman answered the phone and rapidly addressed my concern, as if she were in a hurry and my presence on the phone was a bother. She then instructs me to email them my injury, which I do. I sent them an email detailing who it was for, what kind of cake I wanted, and when I needed it by.
I then phoned once again. Tuesday because when I emailed them about getting a cake prepared, they stated they would answer to me but never did. When I phoned again, it was the same problem; the woman answered and swiftly dismissed me. She stated that they did not have the cake and icing that I wanted, and that she only need one picture rather than the four that I supplied her and that she needed to know how many people it was for. I emailed her four pictures since she stated "we can make whatever cake you want," but when I went through their gallery, the visual possibilities were limited. So, I provided them simple cake designs so they could choose whatever one they felt most comfortable constructing. I tried to explain my rationale, but she was impatient, and I didn't get all of the information out in time.
Now that we've reached Wednesday, they've emailed me back, asking for the size and explaining that they don't provide floral patterns and that they can't produce the cake I want, but they can do something close. I then added, "But you said you could on the phone." Then sheI continued responding, "It's okay, I'll bring flowers," and asked if they might include a small birthday box as well and how I'd like it if I could complete the order yesterday Wednesday, yesterday so that it may be ready by Saturday," I said. They respond today, Thursday, November 11, 2021, stating that they are unable to create the cake and that I should select another bakery that focuses on visual appeal. Our concentration is on flavor." I'm puzzled because a large part of baking is appearance, which they lack!!

I live in San Diego, CA and found Mo’s Sweet Minis online. I contacted them via their chat link and explained what I wanted to do. They were extremely helpful. I placed my order of mini cupcakes and cookies and Mo’s Minis added extra cupcakes and cookies as a thank you from them. My daughter works the night shift 7pm, which is after The bakery’s hours, and the delivered them to her at 7pm.
