I've worked here for over three weeks, and it's unprofessional. Management allows employees to cuss, and talk poorly about other employees through the headsets, which is really unprofessional cuz if a customer were to hear them through drive thru. It wouldn't go well. Managers have employees figure out where their money went if never received them during payroll. I have not received my last two paychecks, and they refuse to take time to sit down and figure it out with you. Prep is awful. They don't allow prep employees help. I was prep. I had to prep 23 things that took almost my whole shift 7-1 or 2. Then I have to pull thaw from the freeze the exact same amount 23 items out. In total that's 46 items that all have to be prepped/pulled in time from 7-2pm. Management calls you a liar when you tell them you did something exactly how you were trained. Every fast food restaurant, preps a little different. I just prepped the way I was trained and yet I get called a liar when asked if I KNEW exactly what I was suppose to do, and how to do things. I worked at Culvers as prep for 2 years. And yet I get called a liar for "not knowing how to prep." They under scheduled me a lot. I'm sorry but this isn't a good...
Read moreMy experience overall had been good besides the last 2 visits. This is not towards any of the staff other than the young lady managing tonight. This is the second time in the last week that they have been out of avocado which I understand can happen although not sure why every store I go to is stocked full of avocados... they may want to order more if they're running out that often. This evening when I ordered my Sandwich they stated that they were out of avocado and asked if I was okay with that... I said not really, but if they could at least discount the Sandwich I would appreciate it. The lady at the register then turned around and asked her manager, a young lady (didn't get her name). The manager just shook her head "no we can't.."
I know it seems petty, but it's the principle, especially when avocado is typically an extra charge when you add it to anything. The fact that she just said no, clearly shows she just didn't want to deal with it... not happy with the management at this location.. I hope they clean their act up at...
Read moreI'm extremely upset I ordered my food and got someone else order not only that but I've been put on hold for 10min. I wont eat someone elses food but I'm so hungry I just want I ordered.
